Henry even came over once to check on the crew and ensure they had everything they need and everything was going well. Thanks! Henry also suggested moving the air return register away from my front door (to avoid sucking in outdoor dust/allergens) and closer to the bedroom area, and he promptly had a guy come over to patch up the hole in my entryway ceiling. Jazmin in the office was really helpful in coordinating the asbestos removal on the ducts, which was a separate job, and also the post-installation inspections. Included with the install was a wi-fi thermostat to bring me into the 21st century. The Costco guys had that as a separate item with a 2x retail markup! Clearly, air conditioning/heating units fall into this category. It's been a year and a half and our A/C/heating system works without issue. It a heat pump, electric or propane hybrid heater and works great. I think its SEER rating and according to my crayon math, that system alone saves about $400 to. $700 per year depending on weather overall. The heating and A/C performances are top-notch. I also have a ground-mount solar panel system put in by Apex Solar (another company for which I'll give a well-deserved good review like TTF HVAC in the next few weeks). I am saving so energy on the solar system that I believe I can heat the house for at least half of the winter, saving another $400 to $500 per month because TTC put in the hybrid system. Taking into account the cooling and warming of fall and spring, respectively, that's another $1200 or $1500 from late November to late April. I'll update those numbers next year. Tony is straight shooter, his employees are happy and do good work so I know they are treated well. Tony is responsive and attentive to details and respects his customers as only a smaller company can do. I feel its only fair to return an equal amount respect in return. A person can spend more or less money on another company but I honestly think that a person couldn't send better money than using TTF. I'm fairly certain that I would have to earn $10,000 to $12,000 a year to have the pocket money it takes to keep the house comfortable using TTF and APEX. Not bad and thank you, Tony.

We do have an annual maintenance plan to ensure smooth running. This time, Agustin came out and he provided excellent service. He's actually the first tech to come out and clean our compressor with a detergent! Usually they just spray water. He also noticed we were missing a pollen filter and suggested the best way to find replacements on line. After the visit he sent us photos documenting everything he worked on.
