Very tonic & lemon flavor - didn't get that matcha kick but it was very refreshing (not sweetened). The inside was very cool, no tables just benches. But there was a back patio that had tables & free wifi from cafe. Parking was a con.. it was a bit tough to find parking since a lot of metered for 2 hrs. I found one that was 4 hrs but it honestly I think I'd pay the $5 flat rate parking spot they have bc my total for meter was almost $5 Service was sweet & good. Will be back

The outside of the cafe is nice and the inside has a great atmosphere! There is seating inside and outside (you take the back door out). They also have a restroom which is located in the back of the outside seating area. I ordered a berry pastry and the iced cortado. The berry pastry was good and I really enjoyed the blueberries on top as it added a sweet taste! The sides of the pastry though were a bit too dry and crispy for me, but if you enjoy crispy pastries then I definitely recommend it! I ordered the iced cortado, it isn't a signature drink, but it was recommended by other individuals. I had a strong taste, but was a bit too bitter for me; however, if you like your coffee a bit bitter, then this would be perfect! Definitely worth it to try out if you are in the area.

They outsource the leather cleaning and it isn't cheap, but they do a wonderful job. The leather cleaning takes a week. They do have a tailor on site which is super helpful and she also re-attached a few buttons on a wool coat for me. They're courteous here and I've really liked the work that they do. The location is convenient as well - there are other businesses right around there that serve good food in case you get the munchies while you are doing errands.

Here is why: Our home was damaged in the Eaton Fire. Our clothes were smoke damaged and had to be professionally cleaned. Our remediation company recommended Concierge Cleaners. In hindsight, I suspect they got a kickback "Shane," (as he calls himself, is apparently the owner of Concierge Cleaners) picked up the hundreds of items to be cleaned. We were unable to live in our house for months, so the transfer of clothes was chaotic. After numerous requests, "Shane" finally gave an estimate which was far less than the amount ($2,533) that they ultimately billed. Among the clothes Concierge took were several expensive coats and suits. We obviously expected them to by dry cleaned. Instead, Concierge threw them in the wash with the underwear and t-shirts. Literally, they were put in a washing machine which ruined the fine wool, then put in a dryer which shrank them. Then they were tightly folded and wrapped with the laundry. The suits and coats were obviously ruined. When we informed "Shane" what happened we assumed he would act professionally and offer to compensate for the damage. When mistakes happen people with integrity take responsibility. But integrity is not "Shane's" strong suit. First he denied ever having the suits and coats. Then he claimed they could be fixed by dry cleaning them. That did not work since the fabric was already ruined and the suits shrunk two sizes. I told "Shane" we would be satisfied if Concierge paid just a fraction of the cost of replacing the suits. We have a lot going on trying to make our house habitable after the fire and don't have time to mess with an incompetent and dishonest dry cleaner. Unfortunately, Shane stopped responding and is now unreachable. So now we have to haul this clown into small claims court to get him to pay for the damage he caused. I have lived in the Pasadena area a long time and know there are good and reputable dry cleaners. Concierge is not one of them. If you want someone who does not know that fine wool suits have to be dry cleaned, lies about what happened to your clothes, and refuses to compensate you when he ruins your best clothes, then you will love "Shane" and Concierge Cleaners.

Instead, Isaac immediately was warm and humble. It was hard to not trust him. He kinda finds a way into your heart. The man is real. If you want to finally trust someone in the car sales industry, you have my word that he is a godsend. I was also surprised at how young he is! This is someone I am excited to know. There is such a great future for him at Concierge Auto! I am excited about the great deal and wonderful car he got me, but even more excited about being Isaac's lifelong friend. Here's the bottom line... STOP, LOOK, DISTINGUISH, AND CHOOSE! It's not about the money, or the product. In my experience, if you want to be happy about what you buy, you need to be happy about who sold it to you. I'm confident that this was the best relationship I could have made in car buying. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Versa Note from Concierge Auto Group in September 2025, paying $7,000…read morecash for a vehicle with only 97,124 miles on it. I was hopeful that I had made a good investment. Unfortunately, just a few months later, the car's transmission failed. I had recently replaced the transmission fluid, so I know that old or dirty fluid wasn't the issue. I reached out to the salesman at Concierge Auto Group on February 10, 2026 to notify him about the dead transmission, but I have yet to receive a response. What adds to my frustration is that this Nissan model is known for significant transmission issues, often occurring before reaching 100,000 miles. This crucial piece of information was never disclosed to me prior to my purchase. I feel misled and disappointed by the lack of transparency from Concierge Auto Group. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. Make sure to do thorough research about the model before purchasing a used car from them. Response to Sahak from Concierge Auto Group: Dear Sahak, Thank you for your prompt response. While I appreciate your clarification, I want to emphasize that my concern goes far beyond the age of the car; it's about the lack of transparency regarding the known issues with the CVT. Had I been informed about the numerous transmission failures associated with this model, including lawsuits against Nissan for defective continuously variable transmissions (CVTs), I would never have purchased the vehicle at all. For context, one investigation highlighted that the 2014 Nissan Versa Note has been involved in class-action lawsuits. These lawsuits address issues such as shuddering, noise, and premature failure of the CVT. Specifically, the Automotive Protection Association noted over 400 CVT-related complaints, which led to a class action in Quebec requesting extended warranties and compensation for affected consumers. Honesty and transparency are crucial in these transactions, and the absence of this critical information is extremely disappointing. It's disheartening to think that Concierge Auto Group may have knowingly hidden these serious and dangerous transmission failures from me, especially considering I had disclosed my vulnerable financial situation and tight budget during the purchase. Given the gravity of these well-publicized transmission failures and the total lack of disclosure from your dealership about them, your token offer for a discounted repair is completely unacceptable. Thank you. Sahak's response: Nick, I apologize for your negative experience, however, please understand you purchased a 12 year old car a few months ago for under $6,000 without buying warranty. I'm not sure what expectation you have from our dealership or any dealership. Like with all of our cars, we did our due diligence and serviced the vehicle prior to sale, however, we cannot guarantee any of our cars, let alone a 12 year old Nissan, for months after our clients purchase. We recommend buying warranty next time. We are always happy to connect you with our repair shops to give you a discount for being a client of ours. I'm not sure what more we can do. Wish you all the best Sahak

What many don't know is that when you hire a "mover", you often have NO idea who will actually be moving your items. I learned this the hard way by going thru the process of finding a moving company to take us from LA to Denver. You call a number, it's a dispatcher. Then another person calls you to do inventory. Then another person calls you to talk about the move date(which by the way, was a min. of 7-14 days that they "needed my items" - I'm sorry....what? It's a 16 hour drive....why do you need my stuff for 2 weeks?!?!). Then another calls you regarding the contract. Before you are done, you have spoken to 5 different people and keeping who is who straight becomes very challenging(remember...you are in the middle of a move!). Enter Lauren and her Pearl Concierge Services team. They are the company from start to finish. No dispatchers, no 3rd parties. They have their own trucks and do the moves themselves. Lauren's team is professional, caring, honest and trustworthy. I feel like finding them to do our move was a gd send! From the 1st meeting, I knew I was in great hands. I can't recommend them enough!

Military discipline applied with white gloves to tame your toughest moving challenges…read more We had a 4 BR house full of unpacked stuff to move across town--with a tight turnaround. Main challenges included getting a large and heavy custom-built dining table out of the first house with tough angles, getting large furniture items up an inconvenient spiral staircase in the second house, and packing a ton of little things that annoyingly don't fit well in a box. In the past, this would involve providing my buddies free pizza and beer over a weekend (and a moderate amount of pizza- and beer-stained furniture, scrapes / bruises, and broken knick-knacks), but we all have kids now, so professional help was needed. Emphasis on professional: the team showed up and it was clear each team member knew their roles, objectives, and timelines. They all appeared to have specializations as well: the drill sergeant, the fragile-items packer, the tetris master, the clean-up artist, etc. Day 1: cabinets were thrown open, packing blankets were unfurled, saran wrap was flying and all our worldly possessions had turned into a pile of well-labeled boxes by the end. Day 2: furniture and boxes disappeared into two trucks and reappeared neatly on the other end in the rooms corresponding to their original rooms of residence in the first house. We needed more time to really think through where exactly we wanted each item to go in the new house so didn't opt for the unpacking services (although they offered helpful placement suggestions all along the way). Somehow, they got this all done with time to spare and under budget--so much so that the price ended up being comparable to quotes we had received from non-concierge budget movers. Super-friendly people too. The kind you could share a (non-obligatory) pizza and pitcher of beer with.
