Working in the healthcare field for over seven years I've worked with many agencies and every agency has hired me. This is the first agency who has never hired me. Which is odd because they were so eager when they had their ad out a year ago and never followed up with my application even though they said they had so many leads. Since then (over a year maybe two years now) they called me three times with false hope. They will claim they have a perfect match but the hire would never go through so my question is do their clients hire people of color? First I thought it was the agency but then I thought maybe it's their clients but who knows it could be both. At this point this agency might as will lose my number because this is offensive. read more

This is my top agency to recommend in La. Gold and Jeslie were completely supportive and professional from the first meeting. I was on job interviews right away and was matched with the perfect employment opportunity in a very short time. Gold always responds to my emails and calls quickly and is full of good feedback and information. read more

A friend of mine put me in contact with Riveter Consulting Group when I needed staff for a private event. I called and spoke with Gold who was professional and prompt and always on point. I needed a chef and staff at which time Gold provided 3-4 choices and eventually recommended her favorite of whom I used and received rave reviews from. Chef Rock's food was delicious and the menu was curated in a team effort. I would definitely call upon Gold and her group of professionals again! read more

I have had the pleasure of acquiring the services of Riveter Consulting Group. I reached out to them to tap into their extensive network to help find me employment with in the Domestic Services Community. Gold and her team went out of their way to to reach out to these contacts and find me employment that fit my experience and skill set best. One of the main things that I appreciated about Gold and her team was the transparency. They were up front with me as far as what to expect throughout the whole process. Very professional and when I had a question, they would get back to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Riveter Consulting Group for those who work in the industry as well as for those who are looking for Domestic Staff. read more

Gold and her team are truly all-stars! Throughout my job search journey, Gold and Jeslie were always there to help guide me and to provide honest and invaluable insights - even if it was regarding an opportunity with another recruiter. Gold is responsive, professional and caring - a rare combination in her industry. I can't recommend Riveter Consulting Group enough! read more

I was introduced to Gold, of the Belle Maison Agency (BMA), through a work associate. Shortly after our first discussion, I was sent to work as a writing assistant/personal assistant for a successful television writer in a part-time capacity (the role I was looking for). While working for this writer/producer, I've provided help with all necessary tasks in the home and related to her work. This has allowed me to better hone my own skill set and be introduced to more aspects of the entertainment industry. My experience with BMA has been smooth, as Gold is highly professional and dedicated to the efficiency of her company. This includes immediate and accurately calculated payments for my time and services and extends to the great communication and overall friendliness that makes it a pleasure to work with them. I've enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend using Belle Maison Agency's services if in need of domestic help, or if looking for work. Thanks for reading! read more

I had a terrific interview with Jeslie, and since then her and Gold have been wonderful. They're an excellent team that has great taste in clients. After meeting one of their clients, they want me to call or email to check in, because they care about the people they work with, and want to make sure they're making quality matches between potential employers and employees. I'm so happy about the interviews I've been on, and genuinely look forward to receiving emails from them. I highly recommend Belle Maison to anyone on the job hunt. read more

WORST AGENCY EVER!!! Very rude assistant who was so unprofessional I almost lost it. She obviously can't handle her job so I would suggest hiring more help so your company can thrive. One question: Are you Belle Maison or Nanny Mc WHATEVER??? I sent in resume tried to reach out by phone and was very put off by a rude assistant who was very unprofessional. If you're looking for top notch professional help look at other agencies before giving these guys a dime! Hope nannies and professionals beware as well. I literally hung up on the assistant because it sounded like she answered her phone from her apartment while watching TV:/ Uggggg so annoying! read more

Belle Maison helped me find just the right caretaker we were looking for. Most recently, my partner had invasive neck/back surgery, in which he was hospitalized. We needed in-home aftercare after his release from the hospital. Immediately, we were in touch with their Caregiving Division discussing several options and booked within 24-hours. The woman assigned us was a former pharmacy professional, who clearly understood the complexities of medicines he was taking, including timing and taking them correctly, which was important. Additionally, she was able to help us with errands, given his inability to drive. They even prepared a meal together and walked the dog together, so had some fun as well. I would highly recommend Belle Maison for any at home caregiving needs, as they field their candidates for the right personal match. read more

I sent my resume to Belle Maison a couple months back. Gold takes the time to get to know you, what you want and how to maximize your experience. They really want that perfect match for you and the client. I applied for a position as requested on their site. I initially had a phone interview, then met with the employer a couple days later. At a follow up interview, I was offered the position! Gold and Jeslie kept in contact with me throughout the process and were very supportive. I highly recommend them!! read more

Five stars truly is not enough for this absolute STELLAR team. I moved to Los Angeles in January (I know... just in time for the apocalypse) and had a few leads on open positions in the area, but nothing set in stone. Gold and Jeslie were great about sending me positions they had available and gauging my interest, but they were also VERY up front regarding their thoughts on whether they felt something was the right fit. They weren't interested in simply placing me with an employer, but rather that whoever I was placed with would be the best fit. Once the pandemic took over, as I'm sure everyone experienced, the job market all but dissipated into thin air. But Gold and Jeslie still worked tirelessly to find me my dream job and they delivered better than I could have EVER anticipated. I am currently the personal assistant and estate manager to one of the most inspiring, gracious, and good-hearted women I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Riveter Consulting Group didn't just find me a job, they found me my dream job. They were sure to place me with someone that was the right fit on both a professional and personal level, not just someone from whom I would collect a paycheck. Thank you, thank you, thank you again, Gold and Jeslie! I wouldn't be where I am without you. read more

I contacted Belle Maison for a part time - twice a month - cleaning person for my home. I received a referral within an hour and the next day an interview was set up. Since then she has come several times and has done a superb job. I'm an interior designer, so I'm quite particular who works at my home, how they handle product and the level of service that's provided. I'm very pleased with the referral and I already met with Belle Maison again regarding staffing of my holiday party with bartenders and a chef. Easy Breezy! One stop shopping for all of your staffing needs. read more

Belle Maison helped get me my first jobs after I moved to Los Angeles. They were thorough, professional and I felt they worked hard to find the best mutual fit for my personality and skill set. The clients they've introduced me to have been compassionate, generous and likable people who've helped build my professional résumé. I've never felt like I was just a number in their book, Ive always been treated with professional courtesy and respect. I highly recommend their services. read more

I interviewed with Jen and Heather and they were the sweetest girls! I had a met with a few different agencies prior and did not have 1 pleasent experience. All of the other agencies I met with were rude and treated me like I needed them more then they needed me, which might have been true but that doesn't mean they needed to convey that. Anyway, they sent me out on a couple interviews and were very accommodating to my schedule and replied back to my emails within minutes. If I am ever looking for work again, I will skip all the BS uppity agencies and come straight to Belle Maison. Thanks girls for being so kind!!! read more

I was referred by a fried to work with Jen at Belle Maison for a nanny search. I run a business and I understand 5 star service. Jen at Belle Maison provided 5 star plus service. She is an expert at what she does and it shows. Within 24 hours she provided two excellent candidates. She was available on the weekend via telephone and email. I could not have been more pleased with this agency and the service that was provided to me. read more

I think this review is well overdue. The first contact with the assistant was nice but when I was suppose to meet with the owner Gold at the montage hotel in Beverly Hills the assistant texted me 10 minutes before the meet up and told me that Gold has to cancel. Of course I was already there and looked like an idiot walking out of the hotel. Of course I had to pay for parking which was a waist of money. I got an amazing job after and the family was looking for another housekeeper and my first intention was to defiantly not refer this company to the family I was working for. This whole '10 minutes before meetup cancellation' was very unprofessional and left a bad look for this agency. read more

Running multiple businesses and having a busy personal life was too much for me. I realized I was more then inefficient and needed a well organized assistant and problem solver. Someone that could predict and out think me. I began to look for a personal assistant and found that it can be a very stressful and time consuming job, 2 things I can do without. Gold at Belle Maison Agency was a lifesaver, literally. Before meeting Gold and connecting with BMA I spent countless hours interviewing candidates that were great on paper but not a "good fit" for me. I met with Gold, where she got to know my needs and ME. Then reassured me she would help out and understood the challenges I was meeting and why. With in a week Gold did a great job of sending SEVERAL great candidates, the most difficult was choosing which one! Once I choose, everything changed- I have the perfect assistant-I don't think I will ever let her leave me! She literally is 3 steps ahead of me always. Thank you so much! read more

I have contacted Belle Maison for several of my staffing needs. Most recently they have referred me a dog walker and bartender for a New Year's party. Both referrals were very friendly, professional and quick to respond. The staff at Belle Maison are super helpful and reliable. I was looking for a part time nanny and I found Belle Maison online. They sent me several very qualified and lovely candidates and after making the final decision on a nanny I am happy to say 6 months later we can't go a day w/o her! I have recommended this agency to many of my friends and they love them as well. Truly professional and reliable. read more

Belle Maison is the best! I was in Orange County for business and needed a nanny last minute for my 4 month old baby. The nanny that they connected me with was top notch, a "Super Nanny" She was smart and professional and took wonderful care of my daughter. We loved this nanny so much, that we later flew her to our home in Aspen and had her sleep train our daughter. Super Nanny to the rescue! She had the baby sleeping in her crib in 3 days! I highly recommend Belle Maison to anyone looking to hire professional staff. read more

I cannot believe it has taken me this long, however I wanted to say that Gold found me the job of my dreams. I was working at job in a different field. Unparalleled customer service should be the staple and mission of every reputable company. Gold is an exemplary representation of excellence in this field. We used her service to find a nanny for our toddlers. In retrospect, we picked the wrong nanny for our needs and did not have a good experience; to the detriment of our kids. This was no fault of Gold's. Her calming reassurance has been great through this frustrating process. We needed a break from the search and she was amenable to this. At no additional cost, she provided access to a babysitter as well. She also offered her services for next year when we need a summer nanny. Wow! She mentioned, on first contact, that she would not "go away" until the we found the perfect candidate. That's just out of this world patience and dedication a year after the initial contract. Amazing. Gold is very understanding, personable and easily accessible. We highly recommend the Belle Maison Agency and the Riveter Consulting Group. Gold sets the standard for running an excellent company with outstanding values. read more

I cannot be any more happy with the quality of service and the level of understanding Gold took to personally understand what my requirements were for a personal assistant. I am very particular and OCD so I needed somebody who could make sure I was handled properly. I like things a very specific way. Not only did Gold take the time to understand exactly what I wanted in a personal assistant but Belle Maison delivered in SPADES. My assistant ROCKS and I felt I got a great deal/value for the price I paid them. 4 thumbs up for Gold and Belle Maison! read more

Gold and her team are the best! I highly recommend use Belle Maison Agency for all of your household staffing needs , this is the best agency to find a job. Just gave this company a call because I'm looking for a full time mommies helper. This girl picks up the phone and says HELLO nothing else. I asked her if this was a domestic agency (normally agency secretaries don't just say hello when they pick up the phone) she says yes we are ...agency. I could t hear well what she said before agency. I ask her if they have any full time mothers helpers or just nannies. She responds back: I JUST TOLD YOU WE ARE A DOMESTIC AGENCY. I asked her for her name (Jesly) and her title (recruiter) and she says we don't have anybody available at this point to suit your needs. WOW Talk about a bad first impression. There a plenty of other agencies out there with friendly staff. Thanks but no thanks! read more

I run my own business. I was moving my office location and had a pile of stuff everywhere, lol. Anyway, I was hesitant about hiring help because it's the first time I'd considered hiring a personal assistant, but I needed to get organized FAST otherwise I'd have to turn down work. I have to say I'm now a believer in hiring on help. The personal assistant Belle Maison sent was a joy to be around and a professional. I had her for a week and she kept herself busy. She helped me unpack and filed my many documents in my new filing cabinets. She organized my office for me and even setup my new laptop and printer. She was never late and didn't complain at my disorganization. I was really happy and impressed. I appreciated her being there. Using this company took stress out of my life during the stressful move process. I felt comfortable letting this PA into my work area knowing her background was screened. I would not suggest Craigslist unless you WANT to hire a weirdo. Ha. If you need help and want a professional to help you, call Belle Maison. The owners are nice people and work hard to find what you need. FIVE STARS and based on my experience, I do not think you'll be disappointed. read more

A year and a half ago, Belle Maison brought me in, and got me a position as a personal assistant. I have never worked with a more professional agency - and through it all, they have made sure that everything went, as it should. I am very happy for my job - and I know it was important for Belle Maison, to find the perfect match for my boss - but also for me. Trough the past 18 months; Belle Maison has stayed in touch with me - making sure that I am happy - and satisfied with my job. I'm sure they have been in contact with my boss as well - cause this is how they are, professionals, and follow everything to the door. I have only positive things to say about my relations with Belle Maison - and their professionalism towards me - and my boss - have been amazing. This is not the average agency. This is professional people; with a human touch. I know, that should any problems occur, they would assist and help me right away. If you are looking for an agency - this should be your number one go to! read more

Gold from Belle Maison Agency helped me find an Executive Business Assistant. I had very specific qualifications and needs for this person which are not the norm. It has changed my life and I am very thankful. Gold really listened and understood what I needed & helped me find the perfect fit.
