I am posting this to make others aware of the current communication delays. I will gladly update this review and the rating once the three defective pieces are replaced.

With the rain over the past month, we noticed some water overflowing one section of the gutters. He was able to squeeze us in soon due to a cancellation. He showed up promptly at the agreed appointment time and got right to work. He checked the second-floor gutters in all locations that he noted issues. He installed gutter clamps in places where the gutter was starting to loosen, made sure no excess debris was in the gutter, and cleaned out the downspout. Lots of hard work going up and down the ladder. I feel much more comfortable now and actually look forward to the next heavy rain to see the handy work in action.

I had a old storm door I thought to replace but when I got prices w door…read moreplus labor I'm a senior hit 70 & felt like too much invest prices around 1k but Sam was on up & up said he could fix redo the door & did a excellent job fact he adjusted put bottom trim & painted it .. & bless him when I was bit hesitant as to color not matching window he came back (a few times from outskirts w traffic & putting up with south Philly parking etc!) he did all for about in total less than $300! I mean his back & forth & gas probably took a chunk out it! He is respectful good guy honest & has lot energy.. does a fine job. Fact I consider him a friend that I would reach out to if in a bind.. as handyman too.. only slight negative is the distance .. it takes him good while get here but he always did get here!!
