They kept asking me to pay the balance, I told them they had to fix the floor under the refrigerator, two more visits later, they got it level, but the rest of the floor, they have refused to address or respond to. However, I met my match with the concrete floors on my patio, basement and garage which were covered in 60 years worth of tile and carpet adhesives, oil stains, cracks, pits, paint, and God knows what else. I called a few flooring specialists in the area and spoke with their secretaries. Then I called DCE and Justin the co-owner answered, he was even able to came out to my home the same day, look at the job, and offer his expertise. I liked that he quickly understood my needs, educated me, and reccomended a plan - grind everything, repair cracks, epoxy flake the garage + basment, and seal the concrete patio then add silica skid-free sand. Based on my market research, I knew that the quote he offered for the work was very reasonable.
