I've commissioned Mike twice now. Once back in November to tile my vestibule and again recently to…read moretile my kitchen floor. I've held off leaving a review until he finished my second project because he's a hidden gem. Once people realize how talented he is, you'll have to join a waiting list to hire him. Mike possesses a true mastery of his craft. I know a lot of people that would do a good job as long as there are no surprises. Mike will do an excellent job no matter the circumstances because he's probably seen it before and knows how to fix it. He has the confidence and knowledge to walk into a room and get to work. He's not going to call his manager or google the next step. He is the manager; he is the go-to guy. Secondly, he has a good eye for design too. For my vestibule, I had an idea of what I want. I explained it in my layman's terms and hazy descriptions and he saw what I was envisioning. I didn't need to over-explain it or draw a picture. He just got it. Also, and more importantly, he's honest. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. That never happens. Anyone else would have charged extra when they discovered the subfloor was rotted, or when they saw a 10 degree slope in the corner. Mike didn't. He stuck to what he said and even fixed a few wall tiles in the kitchen - no charge. Not to mention, his prices are a bargain. People with half his skill, wanted a whole lot more. Lastly, he's a friendly guy. I know it can feel awkward having a stranger in your home. Not with Mike. He's trustworthy, down to earth, and you'll be friends in no time.

Their employees are very professional, polite, and they worked with us when we told them the ideas we had, and the look we were trying to achieve. They came up with other ideas that might make our small space more efficient, without needing to completely overhaul the plumbing on that side of the house. Michael was very helpful when it came time to selecting the vanity, faucet, and the countertop. Because my bathroom is an odd size, Michael had to special order the quartz piece, but it came out beautiful and fit right the first time! The installers also were very professional, on time, very neat and clean. The work was done quickly, and my husband and I are completely in love with our new bathroom! We will definitely reach out to Diamond Kitchen and Bath again when it is time to remodel our main bathroom and our powder room. Jayme R.

We had them do our main bath first remove the tub and put a walk in shower. Their products are so different and superior to anything you find in a regular store.Mike the owner is kind and considerate a master at his work, Jim the designer will make you fall in love with everything he puts together and Ernie the installer is a dream, when he is done at the end of each day everything is impeccable as well as the incredible room he makes for you. Everyone who saw it could not believe how beautiful it now is. We loved the 1st one so much we just had them back to do the master bath and as hard as it is to believe it's even better than the first one. We would love to THANK THE TEAM AT Diamond Kitchen and Bath for making both experiences a absolute pleasure.

Well, thanks to Judy who listened to my likes and dislikes then pointed me to a few choices. I took samples home and decided on one. She suggested the grout and the threshold piece too. Without her, I would still be there picking out tile and changing ny mind then picking out tile, then changing, etc, etc. The tile was installed and it is a perfect classic look with 12" ceramic tile in a marble pattern. I love it. Thanks Judy!

They didn't try to point me in any direction or offer a constructive suggestion on how to find what I needed, they just turned their back to me and picked up the phone and called a friend to continue a conversation they were having before I arrived, they weren't very friendly or helpful. I went to another tile shop right away and the helpful ladies there knew exactly what I was looking for, matched up the tiles and even had it in stock!! The tile that "doesn't exist" at tilerama was in stock at another tile shop. So to sum it up, I wouldn't suggest tilerama, unless you're looking for a painful tile selection experience.
