A Town Wings on Tara Blvd in Jonesboro, GA. An empty parking lot & only 1 car in line should have been my red flag. It took them over 10 min to get the food to the 1 car in front of me with only 1 person in it. I ordered the fish combo #15. But the fish was so thin it looked like they battered the skin & put that in the sandwich. I don't know what they did with the meat, but there wasn't any meat in the sandwich. While I was waiting for my food, the 2 workers I could see kept looking at me with curious looks. I didn't have any music on & I wasn't making any faces; just sitting there. This place is always a hit and miss, but today it was good. The whiting portion was larger. Usually, they are about an inch or so wide; but today the normal width of a piece of whiting at a take-out. It was still flatter than a pancake. The taste was good, as were the peach drink and fries. Asked for Cajun seasoning on the fries, and didn't get it. The best wings in the A. Yes, even better than American Deli. I'm a hot wing connosouir so I know. A-town Wings is always consistent in their flavors and cook times. I literally have gone every week this entire year. lol The manager always hires polite employees. I have never encountered anyone with an attitude. I always get the x-hot wet wings and teriyaki. YUM! She is rude when taking the order and then when I drive up to the window..she just yells the amount due..no greeting, barely makes eye contact, no "thank you", and she always has a mean look on her face. Yesterday was a horrible experience, I usually go in but due to Covid-19 I had to try my first experience through the drive-thru. The young lady had a horrible attitude. There was NO ONE in line I had my parent and kids in the car. She was just rude and made us uncomfortable, I don't know about any one else but when your rude and dealing with my food I refuse to pay for the service and be treated nasty. So we cancelled the ordered and call to talk to a manager and the same young lady answered the phone and again had a nasty attitude and didn't want to give us the name of the manager. I have never experienced this kind of customer service here I love the food but young lady at the window yesterday gave me real bad vibes. I stopped in here yesterday evening to get their Lemon Pepper wings. They were tough and appears to have been re-heated or re-friend and re-sauced. They were fried extra crispy with extra lemon pepper which is always my preference but the wings were absolutely too small. I could barely see them, and this is not at all appropriate for the price I paid for them. They need to have larger wings. The associate at the window as very kind and accommodating, but they have go to do better in terms of preparation of the wings and they need to purchase wings that are much larger for the price they are charging for them. The French Fries should never been larger than the wings, and these were. Do better. read more

I bought 3 wing meals from this place. 1the wings were like jerry ( hard) 2: the fried rice was old and had been refired, 3:the fries were not cooked all the way. There is a sign that there is no refunds on your purchase. The issue is you pay for your order first. Management was not helpful. The response I got from the manager, was to order some thing else the next time. I meant to go to the touchdown wings but only saw this place so went in. I'm keto and I only eat naked wings, non breaded. I asked if the wings were breaded and they weren't so I got 20. I wanted to try the hot sauce before ordering to see if I liked it but the woman at the counter was weird and about it, otherwise I probably would've given five stars. The wings were small but really good and exactly what I wanted. They were also ready immediately, they were clearly cooked beforehand. The hot sauce is less like Frank's and reminded me more of something like Cholula's which was what I wanted anyways. I just hope the sauce wasn't full of sugar. Lots of reviews complaining about a rude young lady and yeah the girl working the front desk was rude. Whoever owns this business should pay attention to yelp reviews and fire the rude young black girl. I can only assume it's the same girl being complained about in every review and that she only works here because it's a family business, it would be hard to believe they are listening to our reviews and firing these rude girls but somehow keep hiring more rude women. Food and customer service was pretty good, but some girl with blond streaks in her hair was on her Bluetooth talking to friends and taking orders at the same time. I went through the drive through for the second time and had to leave again due to the BAD attitude of the drive through attendant. She was rude for NO reason and all she is doing is taking orders. I asked to speak to the manager or owner AGAIN and she said he's not here. I called and asked for the managers name. I left my name and number and SENG the manager never returned my call. I know things has changed and it's not business as usual but customer service will never change.
