Like most people I would give them zero stars if possible. Right before my wedding they called us to tell us the limo we had reserved had blown a head gasket (don't truly believe that was the truth per Facebook pictures). Jenna was sweet when we talked to her and we settled on getting a smaller limo for the adjusted price and an earlier start time and later end time (due to having to make more trips). We were also told the limo would be decorated in our wedding colors (free of charge) due to not getting the limo we originally booked. The day of the wedding the driver showed up 45 minutes after the earlier start time and still needing to make 2 trips. This caused the wedding to start late and us to lose out on the $900 we paid for an extra hour that we weren't able to use since I (the bride) was an hour late. While in the limo (which were jammed packed due to showing up late) the AC didn't work properly. When family members asked the driver about the AC he was rude to them. Since he was running late the driver was not driving in a safe enjoyable manner. He was speeding he entire way, stopping short and flying over bumps. The limo was dusty inside and not decorated at all. It looked like it had been pulled out of storage. We have tried for 2 months to try to work with the company to receive a refund of some sort for not receiving the service we were supposed to. We always get the "we'll call you back" and then hear nothing. read more

The A/C, radio, lights didn't work, and he did want to pay to park. He knew our plans to tailgate! Everyone call the California public utility commission and file a complaint in the passenger carrier division! YOU WILL GET SCREWED LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. we used them for a weekend event and on the first day they didn't even give us the party bus we agreed upon and instead were given a small limo that barely fit our entire group. The last day we paid for, they didn't even show up at the end of the night to take us home and we had to get transported in a no-roof bus and several people got sick as a result of the long, cold drive. They said it was because our driver had a 'family issue'. Now they are refusing to refund us any money for the lack of service they agreed to deliver. DO NOT rent from this company. They did not show up for our special event. We had 20 people renting a party bus and the bus never showed. After over 2 hours of waiting on our party bus, we finally got a response stating they cannot get ahold of their driver/bus. They said driver turned off location on bus. They offered no solution. What kind of company are they running? They left 20 of us all dressed up with no transportation, completely RUINED our special night. They should have at a minimum sent another bus/limo, whatever they could provide since they screwed up big time! We used this company to take 14 teenagers to homecoming dance and drop them off. Our limo driver was on time picking up. He was friendly and had the limo stocked with drinks. The limo was clean. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the diver thought there were 10 passengers, when I clearly stated there would be 14, so the limo configuration had to have two kids sit in a row of seats (like a back seat) behind all of their friends. read more

This had to have been the worst customer service I have ever in countered. I payed to have a party bus pick 7 guest and myself up from corona and drive us to Vegas and back. I also payed extra for the bus to stay in Vegas so we can be drivin around the city. So at about 4pm Saturday I was told by the driver he can't drive us anywhere after 7pm because he is over his 8 hours of driving for the day. We had he take us 2 places. He had a girl with him and it seemed like he just wanted the evening to himself. So now I had to pay more for another company to drive us around at night. I got no discount no refund all I got from the driver and the company were excuses. Also the bus was so hot every time we got picked up I would have had a better time walking from one side if the strip to the other. WARNING!! Do not book with them! They are SCAM ARTISTS! I booked with them for my wedding night. I even bought the decoration wedding package! First things first me and my husband excitedly got into the limo to find that the decoration package that I spend 25 dollars on consisted of four balloons! That's it! Why ask me the colors of my wedding to only give me four balloons? That's what you call a decorations? Pathetic. Oh it gets worse and worse. I booked with them a couple months before and they required I pay 75 up front. No problem paid it. My total for three hours with the limo to San Diego to San Bernardino came to 325 dollars! Pretty affordable. If I had known what I would have had to deal with I would have paid twice that amount to go with another company. So after our wedding me and my husband get in the limo and I was going to pay cash for the rest I owed. The decided that they would sit in the Parking lot and argue with us over the price we owed. In front of my guest and family I had to pull up an email between me and the company that proved I owed no more money! That took about 30 minutes to argue with them. Finally we depart for San Diego which is about a two hour drive from where we were at. We wake up the next morning and the driver calls telling us we went over our time and they are going to charge us. He even told us that his Boss is "money hungry" and will get whatever he can out of people. The only time we might have went over is when we were sitting in the limo arguing with this place over the money they claimed that I owed them until I proved I had emails denying that. Good thing I kept my emails or they would have ripped me off. My husband calls the office and another lady argues that we went over and that we will be charged. We explain the situation and then she threatens us saying she could find things to charge us for if we keep fighting it. What an unprofessional terrible company! Like everyone else on this review page, I can say that this was probably the worst experience I've ever had in any type of transportation in my entire 40 years on this planet. 40 people on the bus with no shocks, no air conditioning (on a 100 degree day), and windows that rattled to the point we thought they were going to fall out of the bus. Our bus ride was two hours long, and I felt like this was a form of torture, with the slow erosion of my patience and human dignity as every minute passed. "A Touch Of Class Limousine" should rename their Limousine service to "A Touch of Ass Limousine", because that's exactly how I would define my group's experience with this horrible excuse for a limousine company. What kind of company leaves 15-20 passengers stranded for over an hour and a half in the Indio desert cold without any heads up in advance or any logical caring solution?! THIS ONE. Their genius solution? To give us a ride home in a CONVERTIBLE BUS (again - emphasis on the cold windy Indio weather here). It was terrible and cruel to see 15-20 of my close friends going through this uncomfortable experience. To make things worse, several members in our group became ill as a result of this company's negligent service. We didn't receive any apology, any refund, or any compensation in return. I gave company 9 months to make sure I got a party bus for my daughters quinceañera, yes my 1 and only daughter therefore there is no next time to make things better. This company never called me or notified me of the bus having issues before my event. They showed up to my door with a SUV limo, not what I ordered. When I ask the driver to call his boss the lady over the phone was rude and told me that I got a upgrade because their bus was out of service. To me a up grade for a party bus is a bigger bus not a SUV Limo. I ask if I was getting a discount for them not having the bus and downgrading to a limo the lady on the phone told me no discount or no bigger bus to take the limo ride or tell the driver to leave. With my daughter being in her princess dress and her court being in tuxedos I had no choice to take the ride. The lady over the phone was rude and didn't care that they were screwing my daughters special day over. My daughter was sad and I had no way of explaining why she didn't get a bus over the limo. I rented them for my 50th birthday. They brought me the wrong party bus, they said my party bus was on its way to another location. They took all the alcohol out. They never gave us back they money they said they would. They gave us a driver who drove more hours than he was suppose to. I had two of my guest watching the driver because the bus kept going side to side. We arrived late at our location. I went back to the store and my hubby called them , they never return our calls . We were down graded from the original limo we booked, and told it was an "upgrade", only to have it break down multiple times on the way to our event. The last time we had to walk the remaining mile. Can you select 0 stars?? We should have checked yelp first. Reserved and paid for a party bus to a concert and ended up getting an escalade limo(supposedly an upgrade since the bus was unavailable). This upgrade broke down 3 times. The second time we actually had to make the repairs ourselves or our night would have ended on the side of the freeway. The 3rd time left us to walk a mile to the venue allowing us to see only the last of the 3 acts and smelling of oil and coolant. The owner tells us he will make it right, avoided us until we posted to their Facebook, and after playing games about who the owner really is offers us a 20% refund(gratuity and hour lost). Mind you they did not even deliver us to the destination and if it wasn't for us would have never made it that far. And now the supposed refund check has never shown up. A few years back they left us stranded at LAX after a long flight from Australia, we were exhausted. Well, no limo and no phone call We finally reached them about an hour later and were told they couldn't make it. What !!!! Not even a courtesy call to us... I am surprised they are still in business. How I wish I could give this company negative stars, as they don't even deserve the one star minimum here! This limo was for a wedding, and was to include the "wedding package" (of which we paid for), and were told the limo would arrive decorated, in the wedding colors. It's laughable, as the limo had four (yes 4) under-inflated, flabby balloons, which must have cost the limo company a whole .29 cents!!! When the bride & groom got into the limo at the reception, this is when the office staff and/or owner decided it would be a perfect time to squabble over price. The bride & groom were forced to pull up an email consisting of correspondence between her and the company, showing that they owed NO MORE money. All of this took place in front of the reception hall, and guests, and wasted a great deal of time. Totally unprofessional! The driver got the bride & groom to their destination safely, which I am grateful for. The very next day the company demanded more money (here we go again), due to the extra time it took to reach the destination. Funny thing is, they did not consider the fact that the "squabbling over price" that night in the parking lot, causing delay, was completely the fault of the company! This company is shady and underhanded, and should not be in business! Let's start with the one star being given ONLY because it is required. My 17 year old daughter's prom is May 16. We have a binding contract with this company for a 40 passenger limo bus. 9 days prior to the event, Jenna calls to say "the bus was in an accident and the repairs won't be done in time and I will refund your deposit." After further investigation, hearsay, but appears to be the truth, that this, and several other unprofessional companies like them, when it gets closer to an event like prom and a rich parent calls to offer more money for the bus, they cancel the contract and give it to the highest bidder. I was going to write a really long review and detail all my aggrievances, but in a nutshell: I hired a "party bus" for my teen daughters birthday and got a "minivan." A really expensive, old, stale smelling mini-van. I had diligently done all my homework with them... asked for pictures of what I was getting, asked questions and kept detailed responses of everything. We planned an entire night around this party bus. Their staff was readily available during the booking... don't be fooled... that changed when everything went wrong! They were MIA!! When I finally did reach the owner, Denis, on Monday, I was told that it was my fault, and that I should not have gotten on the bus if it was not what I ordered. Basically admitted they sent the wrong bus, but passed the blame on to me. I can only think that Denis does not have kids or a heart for that matter. When the minivan showed up, I was supposed to say no, not what we ordered and disappoint the 13 teens all dressed up for a fun night on the town! NO, we had reservations to get to etc... my daughter knows you make lemonade out of lemons. Even though we were all shocked, we put on brave faces and got in the van.
