I reserved a Hummer Limo for a Quinceañera for the quinceañera with her damas and chambelanes. On the day of reservation it was 100 °F and the vehicle was incredibly hot inside so we asked to turn on the A/C yet it only blew out warm air. The driver told us that the A/C was on the coldest settings yet all the damas and chambelanes in their dresses and suits were sweating and uncomfortable and the quinceañera felt it worse as her dress was incredibly large and stuffy. read more

I really wanted to support a small locally owned business. But I just can't recommend this limo service. I asked in advance if drinks would be provided for our ride to Hollywood Bowl. Oscar confirmed that we had to provide our own. Ok, that was odd, but not having an ice cooler was just lazy. To top off this subpar service, pickup after the concert was a disaster. Failure to know where to pick up and be ready for your customers was just the topper. Sloppy, unapologetic and amateur service doesn't make my cut. read more

We surprised our daughter for her 10th Birthday with a limo ride to Great wolf lodge. Oscar was super helpful, professional, and accommodating. I called a lot of companies for quotes and his was the most reasonable and fair price. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Three tweens had the time of their life. I booked a 22 passenger party bus about 4 months in advance for my daughters sweet 16. Oscar was very prompt in answering the phone and answering all my questions. Prior to the event, Oscar and his partner Joe were very accommodating to my requests. They allowed me to do everything I wanted (within reason of course) Joe even dropped off cases of water and cups ahead of time to my house so that I could customize the water bottles and use the cups as a candy bar to place in the cup holders on the bus. On the day of the party, his partner Joe was the driver and arrived on time and was very professional! Most importantly he got a bus load of teenagers to and from Hollywood without a hitch and even went above and beyond by stopping to get another case of water for the kids since we had ran out and it was a hot day. Oscar was a total sweetheart and completely saved the day for us! On the way home to Newport Beach our car broke down in Apple Valley and all the service repair shops were closed until the next day. AAA couldn't provide any viable options so in desperation we called around for transportation options. Oscar managed to accommodate our request (driving from Victorville to Apple Valley) and showed up to rescue us from the gas station where we were stranded within 30 minutes of our call!!! I booked them for my wedding 10-3-20. Upon entering the limo we were greeted with hot air. I asked the driver to turn on the air and was told that it would kick in once the car started moving. The air never kicked in. The ride from my hotel to the ceremony site is about 15 miles. Now being in full makeup in a big wedding dress I was sweating. Makeup had to be touched up. The car waited for the ceremony to end and take us to take pictures and still no air. I called the owner on Monday and basically told that the car works just fine and I could come sit inside and see. I told him that even if it's now working today it did not work Saturday. I told the driver and the driver knew. He rolled the windows down so we could get air. I fell like the owner was calling me a liar. Why would I lie? The car was clean and on time. It just didn't have air. Based on the owner in so many words saying I'm lying and not offering any type of resolution I would never recommend them to anyone. Find a limo company down the hill read more

Did t send the contract over until 11pm so the next morning I filled it out and paid the deposit only for it to be canceled. Now I'm stuck with no limo for my graduate. This limo service was amazing!!! I'm a novice/skeptic but now I'm sold hook line and sinker. I will be ordering a limo or car from Oscar at Royalty from now on for any event I need to attend down on the coast. I live in Wrightwood and needed to attend a black tie fundraiser for Myasthenia Gravis in Long Beach. I paid a $150 non refundable deposit (made me little nervous) and the rest when the driver arrived. Trust me when I say it was worth every penny!! Our driver Effron was super professional, exactly on time and knew how to navigate all the freeways. The limo was amazing completely stocked (with treatments monthly I can't drink) my friends tried their best to drink everything that was there lol but even they couldn't drain the well. We didn't have to worry with parking or walking far (my mobility is limited) we were dropped right at the front door like movie stars! Most importantly the drive home was so relaxing and stress free. I don't think I've ever driven home from any trip at night with traffic and been in that good a mood. We had the best time using this limo service, we called the night before wanting to surprise our twins that were moving on to high school! All our needs were met. Oscar was there an hour early so that he had a spot in front of the school so my twins could walk out to their limo waiting on them. My twins were on cloud nine. He allowed us to hook our phone up to bluetooth and we were able to put their favorite music on , it was clean comfy and stocked with refreshments . My wife and I were planning our youngest's daughter's Sweet-15 birthday party, this past weekend. At the last minute my wife and I were asked to find a limousine for this birthday event, we didn't think we would be able to find one at such short notice. When I called I spoke with "Joe", I asked if they had one available for January 23 he said yes and would I like to see it. I said yes, we looked at the limousine and we reserved it, my daughter was so excited. Our driver was "Oscar", we had a small service for our daughter before taking pictures,my wife and I informed Oscar were we needed to be before we lost daylight. Oscar was the best in getting us to were we had to be at, he was able to get us there with time to spare. Royalty called 2 hours before pick up time and canceled claiming "car" problems. it just happened to be prom night in our area so I am sure their car problems was really that they got a better paying customer. Those of us in the wedding party had to scramble to find other transportation. Not something anyone should have to deal with on their wedding day. read more

I have been using this limo service for 5 years now. I always deal with Oscar and he always gives me the best deals. The drivers are always very professional and punctual. Whether I rent the limo to party in Vegas or just to go to a small wedding the drivers are always very patient and willing to stop anywhere we need. I have booked through other limo services when Royalty is booked and they just aren't the same. They lack professionalism and the drivers are rude when we ask to stop anywhere. This limo company ruined my sons wedding this weekend June 20th, I cried for hours I was so mad. I ordered a black excursion and paid for everything in advance and they showed up with a white limo, that did not even fit the whole wedding party correctly, the ice was melted, the air conditioning did not work properly and everyone was drenched with sweat. THIS WAS THE NIGHTMARE FROM HELL!!! I see things on Peoples Court all the time regarding these things and thought to myself this is not happening to my son but the Nightmare was real. The Limo driver drove crazy cutting through lanes and in the end when there was still 30 to 45 min left she told them to exit the limo and left early at 2:55 instead of 3:45 which was what was promised to us, We did not get no Limo pictures of the wedding party only the dirty, sweaty, smelling inside of the limo. I called telling them to reimburse me at least half and they refused, I am giving them a chance to make things right, even though we could never go back to that day and change everything and do it all over again, so nothing can make it right. I wanted them to reimbursed me half of the money and they refused so I guess I have to see them in court. I would NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN read more
