He responds quickly, arrives on time every time, quickly assesses the issue and makes his recommendations. He ALWAYS, ALWAYS puts the customer first. Recently, we had a unit stop working and thought we'd have to replace it. He fixed it quickly and explained the issue. And the value for the service we receive every time is incomparable. He's straightforward, professional and friendly. He'll put your mind at ease which in the AZ heat, is such a relief. Freedom Refrigeration is the best kept secret in the business.

Ron is great, and has been so helpful to us. Last year we noticed our condensate drain line was…read moredripping from the second floor, rather than the first, signaling a backup in the line. We had someone (a different company) out to "unclog" it, and he recommended getting a new drip pan (a $350 expense). We did not replace the pan at that time. Now, just one year later, we are having the same problem with the drain line. I first met Ron about a month ago when he was out to help us with a small leak in our a/c unit. He was very helpful with the leak, so I called him back to address the clogged drain line. He was able to fix the issue almost instantly, and advised that we actually do not yet need to replace the drip pan. Ron is very personable, and honest. Both times we had Ron out to our house, he was able to come out the same day we called. He also helped to teach us about our unit, rather than just collecting our money and leaving. Thank you, Ron, for the great service! Highly recommend!

At first I posted the job on Yelp under "Electricians" and got quotes of several hundreds of dollars weeks in the future. Then I posted it under "Handyman" and got a number of replies. Mark was at my house in less than 24 hours (on a Saturday) and installed both lights for under $100. I didn't feel this was fair to him so I rounded up. I'm a realtor, so I saved Mark's info in my phone for the next time a client needs a BINSR rescue (the list of repairs buyers deliver to a seller in lieu of cancelling the contract). Mark handles many kinds of home repairs and installations. Highly recommend.
