I am so glad that I found about A Time To Move. Moving my mother up to NJ from Boynton Beach was going to be a difficult endeavor - but A Time to Move had it all under control. From packing all her stuff, to donating all that needed to be donated, to getting furniture out of the house, they had it all covered. I can't imagine how much harder it would have been if not for them. I have recommended A Time to Move to everyone that I know! read more

What an amazing company giving an extraordinary service! I can't say enough good things about this company! From our first meeting when Charmaine went through our place with precision and detailed questions throughout and ending with our move, Robin, Charmaine and crew where the best organizers and ahead of any problems which could possibly get in our way of a smooth pack up, transition and move. They did this fantastic service while we sat thousands of miles away during this precarious time of Covid-19. Everything worked like a charm. Problems arose, a seller who refused to leave after settlement, Roofer's beginning their tasks and blocking driveways on our original move date, a house that hadn't been cleaned in 40 years, a building requiring reservations for an elevator while the office was closed... and much more! But these issues were no match for Robin and company. They single handedly and rather calmly tackled each task with professional leadership and great tact. Our precious belongings arrived on time and safe. My old place swept clean and my new place in as could shape as possible. What can I say but if you're looking for a company to assist you in downsizing, packing up -moving and unpacking, and any other services A Time To Move offers... you'd be crazy not to use them. Their service is worth their weight in gold! read more

A Time to Move What can I say. Moving your parent is complex and stressful. There are so many facets to the process. We were given their name from a realtor and we tucked it away. When the time came to move our mother facing the task was daunting. And we live local to our mother. I can't imagine the thought of trying to move a loved one long distance not to worry.... That's where I called A Time to Move and met Robin Meyerowitz. From then on I knew we were in great hands. Every aspect of the move was laid out. From finding the mover, packing up the apartment and stetting up our mothers' room. Jackie, Julia and the rest of the crew were efficient, amazing, pleasant, caring, compassionate and professional. They did everything. What a gem of a find. I highly recommend A Time to Move for anyone moving their loved ones. read more

A Time To Move really does a remarkable job. *They pack up your home. *They help you sort through your possessions. *They arrange for a company to dispose of or donate what you don't want. *They arrange for a dependable mover. *They unpack your possessions and place them in the corresponding location in your new home. For example what they take from your old linen closet is neatly placed in your new linen closet. Bedroom items are carefully placed in your new bedroom. My Move Manager Michelle was tireless and had to tolerate my moodiness, and "moving anxiety". Which she did with patience and perseverance. As you can imagine this type of service comes at a premium cost; but if you don't want to deal with the stress of moving, or have elderly parents you want well taken care of A Time To Move is well worth considering. read more

This company was our saving grace. They were incredibly professional, informative, efficient and kind. They moved my mom into independent living at The Vi at Lakeside after her move from Cleveland, Ohio. Everything was put away perfectly and they came back the next day to hang pictures and do additional clean up. I highly recommend them. They are a wonderful team. Nancy G. read more

My mother and I experienced excellent service from Robin Meyerowitz and her team at A Time to Move during my mother's recent transition to Edgewater at Boca Pointe independent living. A Time to Move staff, and the movers, were helpful, courteous, and pleasant throughout the process. They anticipated our needs and understood nuances of the challenges and opportunities the move presented. Mechel, Carmen, and Cal made suggestions, provide reminders, and kept the process going with compassion and humor. We are still benefitting from steps Mechel and Carmen, especially, took to place my mother's household items and clothing so that they are accessible, and so that her living environment is safe. Thank you, Robin and her team at A Time to Move. We are very grateful to all! read more

I was recommended to this company by Sinai Residences and so happy that Robin Meyerowitz et al were on the list. Giles, Katy, and Charmaine were amazing. They made what was a daunting project less stressful and their organizational abilities were outstanding. I was overwhelmed with the thought of moving from my home of 20+ years - you can imagine the items you collect over that time. They helped me downsize, pack, store and move without adding stress to my life. They had the ability to go from A to C when the B bridge was washed away. And Carl and Carlton who schlepped back and forth were patient and their sense of humor made everything so much more pleasant. I cannot recommend this company more highly and A Time To Move definitely exceeded my expectations. They were all so professional and again, all had a sense of humor that made this daunting move easier on us; even my dog liked having them in place. We will be moving again at some point and A Time to Move will be my first call. I cannot thank you all enough as moving is so stressful and thanks to you, I am still sane. read more

I wish I could give them 10 stars, because they deserve it! Robin, Denise, Charmaine and the entire team made a very emotional and difficult process seem easy. Anything you need is done with a smile and perfection! Moving my dad from a single family home into a small one bedroom apartment seemed like the impossible, but with Charmaine at the helm it was painless. She helped us organize, donate, sell, purge, pack, move and unpack it all. My dad was able to be totally unpacked and set up in his apartment looking like he had been there for months! Besides the amazing work they've done, they all made a very tough situation much easier for us, and I am very thankful to have found them! I can't say enough great things about this team and will definitely recommend them to anyone who will listen -and use them anytime I need any services they offer. It is rare these days to find a business that exceeds your expectations. A Time to Move is one of those companies. While we were trying to clean out my mother-in-law's villa in FL in preparation for sale, my husband needed an unexpected surgery. (We live in VA). Talk about stress! Within three days, Susan cleaned out the villa and managed to have time to provide compassion. Susan and her team were skilled, professional, dedicated, and got the job done so we could sell the villa. If you have a move, a sale, or an organization problem, I urge you to call this company to get an estimate. You won't be sorry. Thanks to everyone! P.S. I am a real person, not a paid advertisement. read more

Susan and Gilles were fantastic! From our first meeting with Susan to the final move out day with Gilles, the process was stress free! Everything happened as outlined and they kept us up to date on the progress of the clean out of the condo by phone, text and email. With four "kids" cleaning out our parents condo remotely, it was truly an easy process because A Time to Move was so professional, thoughtful and detail oriented. We had a more complicated move with items being relocated to the 4 of us living in 4 different locations and they made it happen easily and quickly. We cannot say enough good things about the company and their dedicated team. We are so thrilled to have found A Time to Move to help us with this process. They made a difficult and emotional process very stress free and very easy for us. Thank you Susan and Gilles! read more

Robin and her team -- especially Mechel -- made a tough situation as easy as it could be for my brother and me to empty and clean our Boca Raton condo to prepare it for sale. Our mom recently passed away so we needed to find someone local (we both live in other states far away) who we could trust to help us manage the many logistics. Robin and Mechel were so kind, helpful, extremely responsive and super efficient. We literally could not have done what needed to get done without them. read more

We are so grateful to A Time to Move and the help they gave us in moving my mom out of her home in Florida to an assisted living in Ohio. She has four adult children, all live out of state. It seemed an insurmountable task to do this with as little disturbance to her as possible. Robin and her staff were wonderful! They made everything go smoothly, gave us some great referrals for other professionals we needed, and were there for us every step of the way. Best of all, they were a calm, efficient, and caring presence at a time filled with anxiety and craziness! read more

There are not enough superlatives about Robyn and her team. Exceptional service, prompt, reliable, personal, compassionate and careful. Every question is answered, every call returned, every task is doable. They will do everything you need for a senior move. From initial planning to furniture decisions for downsized space to packing/ moving, unpacking and setup, hanging pictures, arranging internet/TV/phone in new place--the list goes on. They understand the stress of a large and emotional downsize, and they aim to make things as easy as possible for clients. The after-move care is amazing, especially if you've got too much stuff for the new space. They will haul it off for donation or trash. Robyn, Lisa, Carmen and Bernie could rule the world. We are profoundly grateful for their continued care and compassion. read more

Even better than expected! We have a family member who needed to downsize and sort through 25 years of photos, mementos and, let's be honest, junk, because he was selling his condo. Robin and her team were patient and encouraging as they helped him let go of things. Then, they helped him move the the things he kept to his new place and emptied the rest of the condo to a broom clean condition. They made what could have been an awful process a smooth and pleasant experience. I recommend them highly. They are courteous, professional and get the job done. read more

Robin and her team at A Time to Move are simply fantastic. Every facet of my Aunt's move from her condo to assisted living was perfection. From the move coordinator who supervised the move to the gentleman who packed her up - caring, compassionate and patient. The outside contractors who consistently work with Robin, the electrician who installed her new TV, the antique seller who came promptly and gave us a very fair price for her valuables, to the closet and drapery installer, everyone they sent our way was equally fantastic. If you need help moving a loved one this is the service for you, can't recommend them enough. Thanks again! read more

My parents were downsizing and moving into a new senior living community. A Time to Move helped them pare down their belongings, get it all packed up and helped them get settled in their new place. They helped my parents part with belongings in a respectful way, donating items if possible. They were also significantly more affordable than another company I looked at. Highly recommended. read more
