Charged 100 per hour to do things I did not want her to do and when I asked not to do something she did it anyway. Her price is outrageous. She is supposed to be an organizer a big picture person. We'll I am that too and I expected, for that price, a person who can see the scope and come up with a plan. All she did was try to rearrange my curiosity cabinet and pack little things. Put pillows on top of a closet where boxes should go . I expressed my concern but she just did work I needed to undo. I highly recommend BE by Neferti if you want a professional at a decent price. After 30+ years in our home, my husband and I decided to downsize to something smaller. We'll be putting our house up for sale as soon as possible, having found a smaller home. Not only do they do every single thing exactly as promised, but they do it with empathy, professionalism and the utmost quality. Rarely have I worked with a service-based company that showed more genuine care for my level of comfort than S.O.S. In my case, Sheri came into my home during a very stressful time in my life (a very hastily planned move) and made it an absolute breeze. She asked about what mattered to me and really listened to my answers. And then, very carefully and tactfully, she built solutions that perfectly fit both my new home and my needs.
