Twice has Triskell Restorations saved my home from excessive damage. Most recently, in 2020, a…read moreslow leak started dripping from my bedroom ceiling at 4am. 3 or 4 years earlier Triskell's team had dealt with another leak in the shower wall, and were so competent and reliable at that time, that I immediately called them again. So, at 4am I have Rick, the owner, on the phone and he immediately dispatches a team. The team arrives promptly and they located a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in the attic and have it patched/fixed within 30-45 minutes. Then came the phase of cleanup of saturated insulation and drywall, followed by dry out (with fans). The team member, Will, performed this with expedience and skill, setting up a containment barrier, and hauling out the damaged material. A few days later, Josue, inserted new drywall, and textured and painted the entire area to a seamless finish. All of this was managed in a very tight and organized way, with excellent communication between the staff and myself. Everyone I interacted with at Triskell was very professional, courteous, respectful, and personable. The team was absolutely determined to produce results to high standards and to my satisfaction, which they did. I was particularly appreciative of how prompt they were at every appointment, and how they communicated about the status of things throughout the whole project. Denise, whom I spoke to many times, was especially helpful in coordinating with me. As with the first instance of water leakage at my house, here the final results were flawless. Triskell takes pride in their work, and prioritizes their client's time and circumstances through regular communication, and accommodating scheduling limitations and other specific needs. I will absolutely call upon Triskell again, should the need arise, and have several home improvement projects that I want to run by them in the near future. It's difficult to find contractors and service people that are honest and reliable, and Triskell embodies these qualities in every way.

I have to mention the following in this order, as they went above and beyond for us. I appreciate Herman, and Placido, who really are the stand out employees of this company. What a transformation! Herman followed up with me, and to ensure that any issues would be no issue. And then, there's Nicole, who is an absolute GEM! To say that I appreciate all of them is an understatement. From the very beginning, I was immensely impressed with Robert, the owner. He was hands-on, supportive, and thoughtful in guiding us through the entire process. His customer service was exceptional, always very responsive, kind, gracious, and genuinely helpful in every interaction. Our primary goal was to refresh a very outdated guest bathroom while staying within a minimal budget. Robert was incredibly helpful in walking us through cost-conscious options, including recommending a reglaze of the tub and tile rather than more expensive alternatives. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to modernize the bathroom beautifully without overspending. We were so impressed by how quickly and efficiently the project got off the ground, how seamless the process was from start to finish, and how promptly all of the work was completed. The end result has us absolutely over the moon. Everything was handled with such care, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship. In addition to the bathroom refresh, Top Notch Flood also installed a cabinet in our laundry closet and a new barn door between the master bedroom and bathroom; both of which we also absolutely love. All of these upgrades were completed at a very reasonable cost, and the results exceeded our expectations. I also want to give a special shout-out to Eddie and Placido, who I worked most closely with during the day-to-day work. They were wonderful and delightful to work with, professional, kind, and delivered excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend Top Notch. It's no surprise to see their many five-star reviews. This is a company that clearly cares about delivering excellent results and outstanding service for their customers.

We recently purchased a condo with strong bones and much needed TLC. We called William Kaufman…read morePainting again and asked them to do an entire unit remodel. What did they all do? Interior wall painting, additional closet demolition, flooring installation, flooring removal (and saving tiles and planks of flooring removed), appliances installation, closet door installation, recessed lighting installation, bathroom vanity and toilets installation, water pressure plumbing i and so many other things to make a home turnkey. Not only did they do impeccable work, they handled so many random things like loose electrical sockets and re-mounted and plated them all properly. They installed additional water heater siesmec straps, fixed our water pressure regulator, mounted new bathroom exhaust fans that required additional drilling for ventilation, and so much more. I can't list them all here! They also handled stressful and unexpected problems like PRO CHAMPIONS! During removal of an old vanity they found mold on the wall (thanks to previous leaks that were haphazardly fixed and obviously botched), and when they tried replacing the wall, found mold INSIDE the walls. They had to cut through the drywall until they found where the mold stopped, killed it all, replaced installation, added in greenboard drywall, and patched it all up. When painting our kitchen cabinets, they discovered no wall between our kitchen and the back of the kitchen of the condo unit next to us, so they had to deal with adding in extra drywall randomly. (I'm sorry that they had to deal with annoyed neighbors :( ) We also purchased extra boxes of the unit's existing LVP floor so that we could have the same floors throughout most of the floorplan. When they started pulling some planks up to integrate different rooms, they found mold on the bottom of the existing planks due to a lack of moisture barrier. They were again, able to deal with an unexpected surprise flawlessly. They bought moisture barriers to install under the flooring, pulled up flooring that they didn't expect to touch, preserved the planks that didn't have a rotted bottom, dried and kept the planks that could be salvaged. Essentially, they had to install flooring for the entire unit (minus kitchen and bathrooms). Our remodel definitely took longer and ran into more problems this time around, but William Kaufman Painting navigated these issues seamlessly. They were so honest and incredibly knowledgable, and were straightforward in telling us problems and their solutions for them. The entire crew powered through the project and completed everything on time despite the challenges that kept arising. Thank you all so much!
