This place has great drinks! Crafted by great mixologists. I got the peachy lychee from the seasonal menu. Sweet but not too sweet. Hunger struck randomly so I decided to browse the menu. They had several apps I was interested in. Tip - the buns and empanadas comes with 3 per order. I decided to get the short rib and mash potatoes. The gravy that came with the mash was so good! I wish the dish would've had a different veggie. The broccoli was very small. There was a lot of potatoes. Wish it was a little more portioned but it was good.

Both had cilantro aioli but that did little make either of them tasty. While the short rib meat was tender, it was boring and flavorless. The Churassco was super fatty and chewy, if there was onion jam on the sliders, well I couldn't tell. The atmosphere is chill and the outdoor seating does have greenery that provides a bit of privacy for the patio seating, but I was underwhelmed. Service was nonexistent and food was bland.

It's a smallish restaurant but they also have seating outside. From what I understand they do have an area for private parties. We were seated and given our menus and told about the house specials. I ordered the taglioline cacio e pepe and my husband got the fettuccine meatballs. All the pastas in the restaurant are homemade and the one I ordered was prepared table side in a cheese wheel. I don't even know where to start except to say that this was so delicious and definitely one of the best Italian dishes I've ever had. The cheese sauce was so creamy and there was a slight taste of truffle in there. They ask you if you'd like pepper in it so I had them add a little bit to cut out some of the creaminess of the sauce. My husband's fettuccine was equally as delicious and I loved the meatballs and I'm usually not a person who likes restaurant made meatballs because I think mine are the best! For dessert we split a slice of tiramisu and it was very good. Sangria was very good as well. Mimmo, the owner and chef came over to say hello and to make sure we were enjoying our food and service. It was really nice chatting with him and I told him that we are definitely going to be repeat customers! It's not visible from the street so I'd suggest using your GPS there first time you go there unless you're familiar with the area.

We dined here as part of a bachelorette celebration and appreciated that they offer a private dining room for special events--perfect for groups! We started with a classic selection of Italian appetizers: Bruschetta - Lightly toasted bread topped with bright, juicy tomatoes, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil. It tasted so fresh and vibrant. Love the Italian Meatballs. It was perfect sizing, tender, flavorful in a rich, tomato sauce. Perfectly seasoned and comforting. The Burrata & Prosciutto so worth having! The burrata was creamy, and perfectly balanced by the salty, paper-thin slices of prosciutto. It's like it melted in my mouth. For the main, we ordered two traditional pasta dishes that absolutely delivered: Cacio e Pepe which was served tableside in a parmesan wheel. The bolognese a combination of pomodoro, pork and beef - meaty, and full of flavor with a little hint of sweetness from the tomatoes. It was comforting and so satisfying. I'm not a big tomato girl--usually get heartburn--but everything was so fresh and balanced that I felt great afterward. That says a lot! You know dessert was a must! I tried the tiramisu - Light, creamy, and not overly sweet. A well-balanced classic. Omg the Caramel Cheesecake is a must! Kind of a silky texture from the Carmel but decadent just the same - divine. Our server, Christian, was amazing--attentive, efficient, and incredibly patient with our group. The food came out timely, and everyone at the table left full and happy. Highly recommend visiting this spot.

The weather was perfect, with a nice breeze and no uncomfortable heat. The outdoor ambiance was relaxing, quiet, great music and exactly the kind of atmosphere you want when you're looking to unwind after a long week. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. For dinner, we had the Fire-Roasted Octopus, Kaluz Danish Ribs, and Cedar Plank Salmon, followed by the Espresso Affogato for dessert. Everything was excellent. The flavors, presentation, and quality of the food were on point across the board, and there wasn't a single dish we wouldn't order again. The Fig Old Fashioned was excellent as well! Between the food, drinks, service, and peaceful outdoor setting, this was an easy 10/10 experience. Kaluz delivered the complete package and made for a perfect Friday evening. Thank you to Kaley and the entire team for such an enjoyable night. We'll definitely be back!

Steak was on point, mac and cheese was rich and satisfying, and the Amaretto sour I ordered was balanced and smooth. Portions were generous. I had leftovers. One item I have to call out is the smoke salmon dip. I tried it before and honestly, it's the best salmon dip I've ever had. Super flavorful and smooth, perfect if you want something lighter to share. Kaluz has been consistently great every time I've gone. The Pembroke Pines location is a standout. Great for dates, groups, or just cocktails with friends. Five stars.

I've been writing restaurant reviews for years all over the U.S. Mostly restaurants because let's…read morebe honest... food is my love language. Good food and good service can heal emotional damage, lower blood pressure, and probably save marriages. So after seeing Negroni sitting there in Weston Town Center looking all fancy and mysterious for what feels like 37 years, my wife and I finally decided to go. No kids. No responsibilities. Just two tired adults escaping life for a couple hours. We walk in and immediately the place looked beautiful. Nice aesthetics, trendy vibe, dim lights, everybody dressed like they either own crypto or sell real estate in Brickell. I said okay this place got potential. Then the hostess sat me at the smallest table known to mankind. Ladies and gentlemen... I am 6'2. This table was built for borrowers from The Borrowers movie. My knees were touching the wall, the chair, the table, and possibly another dimension. I felt like I was serving detention for crimes I didn't commit. At one point I think my rib cage made eye contact with the candle. But I stayed positive because sometimes suffering leads to greatness. Jesus carried the cross. I carried cramped legs. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye medium well. The steak came out with three sauces like they were presenting evidence in court. This one is chimichurri. This one is peppercorn. This one is liquid mortgage payment. The steak itself was good. Tender, soft cut, flavorful enough... but not $110 dinner and hidden fees flavorful. For that price I expected the cow to personally walk out, thank me for my service, and salute my family. My wife ordered the pork belly bao and honestly that thing slapped harder than my grandmother's flip flop in 1997. Very good. Then my genius self decided to order sushi at a steakhouse. Because apparently I enjoy making questionable life decisions. The sushi roll had a little spice to it, and it was decent, but halfway through eating it I realized this is exactly how people end up in documentaries. Now let's discuss the music. WHY WAS THE MUSIC SO LOUD?! I wasn't eating dinner I was fighting for survival at Ultra Music Festival. I tried talking to my wife: BABE HOW'S YOUR FOOD?! She screamed back: WHY ARE YOU MAD AT ME?! The couple next to us probably thought we were renewing divorce papers. Every time the bass dropped my soda moved across the table by itself like a paranormal activity scene. And the waitress bless her heart she moved around the restaurant like she was late for a flight at Fort Lauderdale airport. Need anything? What are you drinking? Here's your food. Ma'a slow down. Build a relationship. Tell me Something. I felt like I was ordering dinner from one of my cousins during a family reunion: Aight here damn. Then came the bill. $110. For a steak. A sushi roll. Bao buns. Two sodas. And a random service fee that appeared out of nowhere like an unexpected tax from the Roman Empire. I asked myself: What exactly are we servicing here besides my financial decline? Overall, the place is beautiful, the food is decent, and if you enjoy dining inside what sounds like a Fast & Furious nightclub while folded into a child-sized table this is your place. Would I come back? Probably not. But will I remember it? Absolutely. Mostly because my knees are still recovering.

The restaurant has an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere that makes it perfect for a special occasion, date night, or simply enjoying a great meal with family and friends. Our server, Lisa, was wonderful throughout the evening. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was once again delicious, and the quality of the dishes was evident. However, there were a couple of minor issues during our visit. It was a very busy evening, so I understand that the staff was working hard to accommodate a full restaurant. We did wait a little over an hour for our appetizers, and when they finally arrived, our entrées were brought out only a couple of minutes later. Additionally, I have a mushroom allergy, and some mushrooms were accidentally mixed in with the grilled onions on top of my steak. What impressed me most was how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. As soon as management became aware of the cross-contamination issue, they immediately stepped in, took it seriously, and worked quickly to correct it. Their response demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest safety and satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated. While no restaurant is perfect, great service is often measured by how challenges are handled, and Wolf Steakhouse's management team did an excellent job making things right. Between the beautiful atmosphere, attentive service from Lisa, delicious food, and management's dedication to customer care, I will absolutely be returning. I'm already looking forward to my next visit so I can finally try the tomahawk steak!
