Like my truck before, with the help of Circle and Square, I plan to drive my Forester until it dies, unless I go first! (For environmental reasons, an electric car is the only exception I would consider if they ever become more affordable.) Circle and Square is top notch. Its talented employees have always been kind and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. Man am I glad I did, turns out it doesn't show codes and was extremely unsafe to drive. They had to plug it up just so I could safely make it home. They told me not to drive it for my safety and I was able to get it to them the following week. The diagnostic process alone sold me, they take pictures of everything. Show you what problems exist and what you really need to fix or what can wait. They are family owned and you can tell they actually care, they want your vehicle to be safe to drive and don't try to oversell additional services. I felt comfortable and welcome during the whole process. I wouldn't say they are cheep but they are fair, efficient, kind and get the job done right.

I should have requested the replaced parts, which other auto repair shops routinely give to customers without them asking. The $120 coil that they installed failed in 2024 (after very little use of the car), and I replaced it with a $13 coil from eBay. For all I know, we paid $457 because of a fouled spark plug.

I needed it to be attached firmly to the frame of the truck, not just to the sheet metal of the bed, which would not be strong enough to lift the generator without damaging the truck. Aaron responded promptly when called. He took his time trouble-shooting various possible solutions, and came up with a simple, inexpensive plan. He returned today and did the job in a couple of hours, including welding, and then stuck around and assisted me in load testing of the crane. Crane works and stows beautifully. SO, Aaron did not only did excellent work, but brainstormed with me for a solution unique to my circumstances. It had been worked on by two local AAA mechanics and a old car "expert" in Port Angeles to no avail. Chuck found the problem right away (the wrong alternator had been installed). On that visit, I learned that he, too, has an old car. This guy can work on these cars and knows what he's doing! Friends who own two classic cars are now going there as well. Chuck is now THE mechanic for my Chevelle SS, and would not take it anywhere else.
