She almost distracts you from the fact that you're working out with the laughter (almost. But almost doesn't count and you'll definitely STILL feel the burn x-()Plus, she is energetic and detail oriented. And even though I was a beginner of beginners (never taken a class even) she was able to work with me where I was. She works personally with you one on one and ensures you have proper form/technique/everything. She even goes into detail about why you're using the parts of the body you're using and where you're drawing power from (which helped me tremendously). I found out with Iasha that I was punching and kicking wrong my whole life lol. Cons: None. I could say a con is she kicks your potootie in the sessions but hey - that's what she's there for!
