Compared to all the other I contacted, he was very quick. I believed that my piano was extremely bad and needed repairs so we made a two appointment days in case we needed the second day. He came in and quickly gave me a quote which was a lot lower then I expected from his website's price listing and we didn't need a second day. While he was working on the piano, he explained to me a couple of his instruments about what they are and used for. He also told me about worse case scenarios (string breaking) and what the aftermath would be. He was here for a few hours (2-3). He was very respectful and kind. My dog liked him too. :)

Aaron looked up the serial # and was able to tell me it is 95 years old! I knew it was old but had no idea how old. I wasn't sure it could even be tuned since it probably had not been tuned for at least 50 years. It had been at my parents house and came to my house after they passed.
