Jim's assistant Paige promptly reached out and coordinated a schedule to come tune the piano, making the whole process very smooth. Once Jim arrived for the tuning, it took maybe a little more than an hour. He was able to easily take apart and tune the ancient Wurlitzer that sounded like a run down old honky tonk piano and turn it into a terrific sounding instrument. Price was very reasonable for the result, and the entire process was very pleasant. Will use again as soon as the piano needs it.

The lessons are catered to what you as the student wants to do and learn. It's also nice it's a collaborative effort between me and Keeton. He can play multiple instruments, and is a very outgoing, likable person. He also has interesting tid bits about music (theory) which I didn't know I was even doing. (If you grew up in the 70's you know what I'm referring to) I called him on a Sunday (they were closed) and he responded by text first thing on Monday. Because the furniture is so big and heavy, I can't bring it in to him. So he sat on the phone with me working out the issues with my player and told me what I needed to do. I was nervous about paying him on the phone for him to order my part because it is hard to believe someone could be so honest. But he never asked me to pay for anything!! Instead he gave me the website to order from, (a third party), told me exactly what to order and how much I should expect to pay. Now the parts will be delivered to my house! He was so patient and kind with me, and never asked me to pay him for all the time I kept him on the phone. I now I have a repair man for my record players/radios that I trust... and so do you! Charge $160 this time. $440 to tune my piano. The national average according to Google is $100-120. I figured there must have been a mistake, so I texted the company to ask. No mistake. They got me. I am just shocked. They ripped me off and got away with it. I should sue, but is it worth that much more anguish? It isn't, but I feel like I should at least warn others.
