He sold us with his genuine and honest presentation, (not to mention much more competitive cost/quote) and everything panned out perfectly. As each awning is custom-made, there is a wait time of a few weeks for the delivery, but it shipped/delivered as we'd been told (actually, arrived a little early). So I dealt mainly with the owner Andre who had recently taken the business over from his father. I could tell by his knowledge and how he answered my questions that he's been at it a long time and that made me feel incredibly comfortable. One thing that I want to point out was how incredibly difficult I made this deal on Andre due to the time restrictions I had put on him. I basically had no wiggle room whatsoever in a time when COVID has made shipping completely unpredictable. But unfortunately for him this was the last piece of the puzzle in a long drawn out project that I started and my family just needed it done in order to move on with our lives. The pressure I put on this man was easily enough for most to give up. But instead Andre absolutely bent over backwards to help us out. Even in saying that I think it's an understatement. On the day of install he actually shows up with carpet and helped the installers for hours just to get the project done. I honestly couldn't appreciate his service anymore. His father should be incredibly proud he has left his business in great hands. The carpet,pad and install are all top notch. The installer was also very professional and an all around likable human being, I couldn't be happier..
