Saw the good reviews for John Matthes so my wife made the call and spoke with Lisa who was great. She said not to worry, she would find a way to get someone out to help us that day. Joe showed up a few hours later and was clearly a bigger job than he expected but he knocked it out of the park. He also told me it looked like it wasn't pumped correctly the last time which was pretty disappointing to hear. As a side note Joe was driving one of the nicest septic trucks I have seen. Think it goes to show that these guys take good care of their equipment. All in all a great experience. Thanks Lisa for finding a way to squeeze us in and thanks Joe for taking care of business. I thought that I was looking at a $20,000 fix. Due to other commitments, I also had a small window during which time I could have them help me. The receptionist was wonderful on the telephone. She said that she would reschedule some routine appointments to accommodate me and she did. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and was able to clean out my tank by refilling it twice with the used water in order to remove the heavy sludge. He also helped me to figure out how to clear the lines to my gray water tank without me having to open it up. The whole experience was so much easier than I feared. I am very grateful and highly recommend these people!

The owner never called me. The office repeatedly said the issue was "being investigated" for over two weeks, yet I received no explanation, no solution, and no follow-through of any kind. I was assigned this company through a Rheem water heater warranty. When the tech arrived, he…read morenoticed flooding in my crawl space in addition to the water heater issue. He was very nice and shut off the water to the home. Take a bunch of pictures of the crawl space and told me.I would be cold later with an estimate for the broken pipes. I didn't hear anything , so I called the office later on and was told by the woman who answered the phone to call my insurance company and make sure that I had water line coverage and if I did not to make sure to add it , but not tell them that I had any problems. And she said to get the maximum. I didn't hear back from Her that day. I could not call the insurance company.Because it was president day. The next morning , I called and left them a message , and it was not returned. Tuesday afternoon , I called back , and the owner answered. I asked when the part is arriving for the water heater. She told me that I had to get the pipes fix first I told her they were fixed. She did not believe me. Which is irrelevant?Because once they left my house , they should have ordered the parts for the water heater. She seemed a little mad that she didn't get the whole job. At that point I called Rheem. I told them what happened and they expedited the part out to me. I also asked for a different service provider. Unfortunately , they connected me with the same company. I called friday morning when I received the part to see when they can come and install it. I was told not until at least monday. I have been without hot water for over a week. When I expressed that this was a concern , she became quite nasty , told me how I was stupid and laughed. So I got off the phone with her and called Rheem back told them the situation and they told me I can hire a licensed plumber and they would either pay the invoice or pay me back. It was done by this this afternoon. I cannot tell you the quality of their work. The young man who came to my home was very nice and very helpful. My issue is with the woman in the office. Very rude. Very unprofessional. And it was obvious when she told me to get the maximum coverage that she was going to overcharge. And the most interesting part of this interaction is that , after this , I put a review for the company , stating exactly what I wrote here. I get a phone call from the same woman, but not from an office line.She has a very distinct voice. And she says , are we supposed to be installing a water to heater for you without mentioning a company name or anything else. I guess she thought I would say yes and tell her who I was using. But obviously I recognized her voice and the job was already done and I wouldn't do business with her at this point.So I said no thank you. How response was well , i'm going to do to you what you did to us. To me , that sounds like a direct threat. Beware! I recently had Russell Reid/United Site Services pump out my 1500 gallon (total) septic…read moretanks (500 grey, 1000 black). At the same time I had the grey tank's inlet jetted due to a clog. The guys that came to the house were professional and friendly and the tanks were successfully pumped and inlet cleared. A few days later I noticed what I had been billed a larger than agreed upon amount of money. I called the main office to find out what was going on and was told the jetting cost more because of time and that they had pumped 2000 gallons instead of the 1000 gallons which had been quoted. They claim they were onsite for almost 2 hours, my driveway cam shows that was incorrect, they were there for less than an hour. And the claim of them pumping a metered 2000 gallons is also incorrect because the total of my tanks is only 1500, and a usual pumping is roughly 1100 gallons. To note, it's impossible to utilize the full capacity of your tanks (unless you have a clog in the field) because the inlet/outlet are lower than the top of the tank. I'm still waiting for an update on them fixing the bill and processing a refund. Something that should have also been handled while I was on the phone, not a day or two later...
