After about 3 weeks and 5 appointments he stopped answering or calling me back. It was depressing and my tenant is really not happy because they had to live in the house all this time without the problem being fixed. Needless to say, after he quit talking to me I quickly called a different plumber and the job was completed relatively fast. If he would have just said sorry I am too busy, sorry I cant help you, you should look elsewhere I would have understood, but this is what happened and it was depressing.

The company vehicle, license plate #36795B3, was being driven with a complete disregard for safety. The driver was aggressively passing vehicles in the canyon, driving recklessly, and forcing other vehicles off the road. This type of behavior is dangerous and could have easily resulted in a serious accident. When an employee is driving a company vehicle, they are representing the business, and unfortunately, this driver's actions reflected very poorly on the company and demonstrated a lack of professionalism and concern for public safety. I hope the company takes this matter seriously, investigates the incident involving vehicle license plate #36795B3, and reminds its employees that no destination is worth risking the safety and lives of others on the road.

I also appreciated that he tried to get us a less expensive but effective option until it became impossible when we discovered we had a sinkhole forming -- in this case, the city was right -- we needed to replace things to meet city codes (and for our own safety!). The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!

So I call my home warranty Co, they send a plumber that gives me a scary high price and describes the problem as a non functioning seepage pit, basically the 30 feet pit is not percolating( soil is not absorbing into the water), so it's getting full and water is coming out. I called 4 contractors Tim at Valley Drilling was the only one that didn't give me any shit(joke inserted) about getting a permit and didn't charge me extra for minor extra work. Tim sent his worker including Angel( 15+ year experience guy who worked like he was 25) and Steve the new guy. Both of them stayed till the very end. He also send 2 drillers that have been doing this work since they were kids with their dad. I think at the end I had about 50 years of experience dealing with my shitty problem.
