I had an appointment at 11:00 on 1/17. I came into the (messy) office and rang the bell. A woman from an adjoining office suggested I call the owner, which I did and left a voicemail. I called two more times in the 30 minutes I naively waited. I heard obvious sounds in the back 'restricted' area and rang the bell and yelled out 'hello' several times with no response. Not one, not two, but three tries for a back window on a brand new 2021 Cadillac CT4. DIRT inside tint, glue left inside tint. I waited two weeks before going back the 1st & 2nd time to see if the issues would go away, they didn't. After seeing yet more issues (glue) with the 3rd re-tint he told me, "I'm done with this and that I was too picky, go someplace else." My wife and I were nothing but nice and understanding, especially bringing this car back 3 times. The last 3 pics are from the 3rd time he redid this and what you see is GLUE, He didn't clean the glue off and told my wife, it'll go away. He does a hurry up job (seen in last Pic, driver window) as driver window corner was cut short and didn't match pass window, which was done correctly. Repeat business means NOTHING to him. He did my Volks Passat 3 yrs ago and the back window never looked this way. Mark is unprofessional & rude (witnessed him being short and condescending w other customers) and his attitude/customer service are even more so. He only cares about his time and not the customers. If you want it done right the first time and want to be treated w respect, this won't be the place. Pay a litte more and go elsewhere. read more

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING HERE. I WOULD RATHER PAY extra for better service. I wasted 6 hours of my Saturday waiting on my car to get tinted, had to accommodate my schedule, pay for Uber home, pay for an Uber back, all to find that they did not get to my car. I had an appointment for 9 AM and got there at 8:52 AM, before my appointment. These people are unprofessional and they don't care about your schedule. I called them at 2 pm to find that they hadn't got around to my car. The clerk is SO RUDE. She has zero people skills. She answers the phone with "what do you want?!". I was like I dropped off my car for my 9 am appointment , is my car ready ? She said "No, it will be ready at 3 pm". She then calls back and says "7 pm". She then calls back and says "actually Monday". It was so frustrating..they also quoted me $170 and when I dropped of the car they said $200. So not only are they unprofessional, they're untrustworthy and they don't honor their word. I paid for two ubers and didn't get my car done because they kept postponing. My Saturday was wasted. They didn't even apologize or try to earn my business. These people don't keep their word, don't go here. read more

I am what you would consider a picky and frugal consumer. I contacted them first via telephone and was impressed by his (Marks) customer service. Even though I wasn't a customer yet, the fact that he explained everything to me in great detail and answered my every question politely. I knew this is the place I wanted to take my car to get the windows tinted. I am glad I did. I dropped my car and again was greeted very professionally and courteously. Hours later, I returned to pick up my new car, it looked great! It looked better than great, they exceeded my expectations. BUYER BEWARE!! Here goes nothing? I bought a 2006 Corvette four months ago. Black on Black, and this car is a Show Stopper! When I bought the car it had just a couple swirl marks on it, and I mean only a couple. My son told me that he had been following ADAMS POLISH on instagram, and that we should take my car there and check it out to see if they could help me. We went, and met with Phil. Nice guy, and he showed us around his new shop and he explained what his services were. I showed him my Corvette and he said that it would be no problem for them to take care of my car. Phil said that for $799 they would color correct, polish, wax and be good to go. I also asked if they could put a clear bra on 3/4 of the hood, 3/4 of the front fenders, and all the way down over the front end. Phil said that he had a guy that they use from A + Tint. So, they were going to do my car and then have the Bra put on it too....No worries! Everything is going fine for now, except for the fact that I am stressing out about trusting someone with my Corvette. Those of you that have something that you have saved up for for a long time and then finally got it, YOU TOTALLY UNDERSTAND. After a couple of days I went to pick up my car, looked great! Got my car home and after looking more closely at it, there was a huge fingerprint under the clear bra? Well, with the car being black it showed up big time on the hood. Here is where it gets sideways....I took my car back to Phil and showed him this and at this point there were also small bubbles under the clear bra by the nose of the hood that weren't there before I took it to them. Feeling completely bummed out, Phil says well that's on the people from the A + Tint? I said, are you kidding me? Phil wanted me to take my Corvette back to these people who did my bra? It took a few days to line it up for me to take my Corvette back, but when I did, the Idiot from this place came outside and ripped the bra off and said, I can't put a new one today? Real Rude! Not to mention where he ripped it off, it put more scratches on my hood. I went back to Adams and showed Phil. We pulled it into his bay and they looked at the Hood and said that the bubbles are under the clear coat and they can't do any thing abut it, because the paint is too thin on the hood? What? My car was not like this before I brought it to you? Phil gave me some polish and a swirl remover for my headache. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? MY CAR IS WORTH $22,500 ON THE LOW END AND YOU PEOPLE RUINED MY CAR! OH AND GUESS WHAT ELSE, THERE IS NO CLEAR BRA COVERING THE FRONT END EITHER...Now I have some chips in my paint on the front end too. I have never in my life wrote a review positive or negative about anything, BUT PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE OF WHAT I EXPERIENCED IN HOPES THAT IT DOES NOT HAPPEN TO THEM.
