Unfortunately, time slipped away while I was caught up in a meeting, and by the time I remembered, it was already 5 PM--and the pharmacy had closed early for the holiday weekend, as the pharmacist had kindly reminded me beforehand. Even though they were closed, I still left a voicemail, hoping someone might hear it. To my surprise and immense relief, the very next morning I received a call from Marie. She was kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful--truly one of the most caring individuals I've ever spoken with in customer service. My pet depends on these eye drops because he doesn't produce his own tears, and we weren't scheduled to return to town until July 14. Marie went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of during a time when most wouldn't even return a call. Thank you, Marie, for thinking of us and for going above and beyond. Your compassion and professionalism are not forgotten. You are appreciated more than words can say. Respectful Tiny Basilio and family.

I did not realize the stuff still existed. I had completely forgotten about it over the years. It's probably been 10 or 15 years since I've had the ice cream. Still the same set up as in the "olden days". Still the round scoops. Still good creamy ice cream. I just tried the mint chocolate chip. Although it did not have the strong mint flavor that Baskin Robbins used to have, it still was good. And the flaky pieces of shaved chocolate in it topped off the experience. I do not frequent RiteAid very often but I will probably be back way too often for some ice cream! Try it and enjoy...

She should have made it clear that this would happen. Then when I had already purchased and realized I didn't use a debit card she said "that's why I asked you if you were using a debit card or cash". Rude. She then proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure if my gift card would work. This is a Christmas gift so I won't find out if it works for who knows how long. What a waste if it doesn't even work!!! I called to have them request it back and so I spoke to the owner Vijay Patel, which I never have had to before. He was very rude and wouldn't let me talk kept talking over me, yelling at me then ultimately he hung up in my face, while I was still talking. I have never had a bad experience with them until today with the owner wouldn't you think he would be nice right?! Everyone else who works there are always nice and sweet. So I was very hurt and shocked by the owner acting that way. If he continues to have his business I suggest that he learns human kindness and decency. I hope he doesn't treat his employees like that.
