Update: after less than a week it's starting to bubble and peel off. This is ridiculous, the absolute biggest waste of money and time. $80 for a crap job. They took their time on my pedicure and my nails came out okay not perfect but it was $80 before tip and that's waaayyy too expensive for a mani pedi with gel polish. I've never paid more than $50 for the service i just received. Last time I got my nails done at PureLuxe in the mall of NH it was $75 for a mani pedi with long acrylics. I got no acrylics or tips at all just painted nails and classic pedi. I wont be returning unless prices drop. I've worked tipped and service jobs and am all about paying someone their worth for a service but oh my goodness this was SO overpriced. I'm still kind of in shock I paid that much. I was in shock when they said the price which is why I didnt dispute it. Also I only even went during this time as I'm getting engagement photos taken and there's an empty spot with no polish at the top of my ring finger i just noticed so that's fun. read more

worst. experience. ever. my friend and i were a walk in, where she got seated right away. i however, i had to wait 45 minutes before i was even given a seat. my friend wanted a nice green color, but was told "it doesn't exist" even though it was a color in the tray. the nail tech then tried to make her use a DIFFERENT color, which was aquamarine. my friend eventually just said "purple will do". her nails came out uneven, thick, and attached to her skin. now onto my experience. i asked for a short coffin (which is $5 extra) and they came out rectangle. where's the shape??? i wanted a simple ombré, as pictured below, and instead i got nails that looked like teeth. also pictured. they were so thick, you could barely even see the tip of my finger underneath. ended up paying $90 and got them removed and redone the next day. it was the night before prom, but COME ON. take your time, and if you don't have it, just say so. the other techs kept looking at my friend and i's nails and saying how "good" they looked. they were just trying to save her tip. never going back and i advise you to stay clear. as my new nail tech said, "do not enter" also, my new nail tech said they had to fix THREE other peoples nails who went to princess in two days. my friend and i make five. unsanitary, overwhelming, would not recommend. save your money and find another salon. didn't pass the vibe check read more

I have been coming here for years and I've never had any problems until today I for a fill and my nails that aren't cow print are supposed to be BLACK not blue. They're so thick its disgusting. Half of the nails don't even have all the clear coat on them. First time here and it was Fast and friendly! Really liked my stylist and he did a great job on my nail design (I like to let whomever I go to surprise me with a design)! I had a gel set put on from scratch. I paid $60 plus tip, which is a little pricey, BUT the great results I received makes it worth it! Hopefully my first fill is just as awesome!! My friend and I went in for pedicures. Same price but we both had different experience. She got lotion and hot towels... I got almost all of the skin taken off of the insole of both feet. I have come here for tips and dip color several times. They are local and I enjoy giving local businesses my money. However this place is hit or miss depending on who you get and what time you go in. I went once and had to go back the next day because my nails had crack, pieces fell off etc. Went in at 5:30 last night thinking they were open to seven, my bad they closed at 6. My fault for not checking and had i realized it i never would have gone in. I don't like being that customer that shows up right before a place closes. Anyways, i have NEVER had my nails done in 30 minutes, always takes about an hour or more. Whelp this is what I got for the fast pass nail line... If I could give this experience 0 stars, I actually would. Dirty salon was the first impression. I asked for 516 dip powder and ended up getting the complete wrong color (see photos) half of my nails don't even have the dip applied. I also got my eye brows waxed which they do right out in the open , sitting up and in front of customers in a regular chair. The woman had wax sitting out (not hot or warm wax) which ended up killing when she pulled the dirty strips away from my eye brow area. Would NOT recommend - will NOT be returning. She argued with me about the price I've been offered in the past ($5 off because I bring my own polish and don't do the lotion/massage) and finally just got up and walked away. They do an amazing job and make sure you get what you ask for with all pricing clearly posted. Owner makes sure you are happy and only let's good techs work for him with high quality acrylic etc, not cheap stuff that cracks or can't handle use. Never rushed, always professional and the nail art they do is simply stunning. They have HUNDREDS of polish or shellac colors, magnetic colors, mood/tempurature colors, gels, powders, dips, double colors...its NEVER an issue of whether you will find one you like... its choosing which one. Luckily, owner Andy picks for me and he has NEVER disappointed. And his wife does the most beautiful 3D flowers I have ever seen. Second time trying to go to this place only to be thoroughly disappointed yet again! First time I come in they tell me they can fit me in. As I sat waiting and the time passed on, I watch customers walk into the salon and get seated. 45 minutes later I had enough and started walking out. Finally they say something to me. Well I was done waiting and I left. Fast forward to today. I had my daughter schedule an appointment for us and two other people for 2:30. Three of them got in for pedicures and a manicure. It is now 3:11, and I see people walk in to get their nails done. My daughter just got in 10 minutes ago and I am still sitting here.... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: i switched from going to lovely nails to trying princess nails, princess nails rips you off. I usually go in for fills and my nails grow rapidly underneath, Lovely Nails has a drill piece that can drill down some of your natural nail when they get too long and when you go in for a fill every time, Princess nails, makes you get a new full set, i ended up paying $50 dollars when planning on spending $25. My nails and set were absolutely fine. My recommendation is if you're looking for a good nail salon, try Lovely Nails. They won't rip you off unlike this place will. read more

I made an appointment for a pedicure and it was kept quite promptly despite it being a very busy Sunday afternoon. I must admit that my nail technician seemed about half focused on me: she looked anywhere but my feet while she very briefly and lightly scrubbed the bottoms. I wish she had scrubbed more on my calloused spots. But otherwise, this was a great stop for a spontaneous pedi on a Sunday. And I think the employees must be exhausted! read more

Tried this place for the first time today. As soon as I walked in I almost walked out. Dingy and poor ventilation. It was fairly busy. I was instructed to sit down for a pedicure. First time here today and it won't be my last. So good to have found this place after the awful work I had done 2 weeks ago at Lovely Nails, also in Concord. Terry did a fantastic job on my acrylic fill with gel nail polish. He was able to fix the mess that was made of my hands from the previous nail salon. I also got my eye brows waxed by a gentleman whom I didn't get the name of. They came out excellent!! I wasn't in an assembly line for my nails. Terry did everything nail related start to finish. They were steady busy with customers, but had ample techs so no one was left unassisted. $30 acrylic fill with gel polish and $10 brow wax plus 20% tip for great service. Good work and great pricing. This is definitely my go to nail salon, I have acrylics and fills done on a regular basis. Everyone is very friendly, but if you just want to kick back and watch the big screens that's ok too! They really are artist there and I have my favorite...but I'm not going to tell you their name because I'm selfish!! Just like any other service you're paying for, be up front and let your artist know what you would like and how you prefer your nails done...thin, square, rounded, etc. And if you aren't totally happy with the result, just let them know! Some of these other reviewers are crazy, or maybe they just haven't been here in long enough. My girl friends and I visited this place for a spa day on a recommendation. I was so impressed with the whole ordeal! It was a little busy, but they got us into pedicure chairs to soak until they were ready. Their chairs we so comfortable, and we got to watch a movie the whole time we got our nails done. We got shellac on our toes, then sat at the tables to get our fingernails done. My technician was very fast and efficient. He was also very polite, and we exchanged easy conversation. My nails were beautifully shaped and ended up gorgeous. Overall, I was very impressed! I will definitely come back! I think it is very clean, and the staff is very professional. Also, they have mini pedicure chairs for children...which are adorable! read more

Today was my first visit to Princess Nails, and it has earned my business! When I arrived, it was clean and inviting, and I was kindly greeted immediately. My technician was Cindy, and she was kind and very thorough with both my manicure and pedicure. It was busy but the employees were happy and efficient, without seeming rushed. I really enjoyed my hour there, and was sad when it was over. I'll be back very soon! **edited to say that my manicure peeled off within 2 days. I had my nails done tonight by Terry. I wanted a Halloween design and he said it could not be done with the "dip" manicure. I asked if I should have a different type of manicure so I could get a Halloween design. He said NO. No real reason just No. He said I could only get the designs they had up front. So I looked at them when I was finished. They were all Christmas designs. I asked Terry what kind of manicure I needed to get in order to get a design and he then says we only do designs at 1 time of year. Clearly he simply didn't care to take the time to do a design for me. Before I left I noticed a woman I work with getting her nails done also. I checked out her manicure.and she was sporting different colors with a cute little cobweb on one nail and guess who......Terry was painting a little spider on another of her nails. I had high hopes for this place. And I am not picky. It was super packed when I first got there, which I thought for sure was a good sign. Nope. I waited at least 3-5 minutes before being acknowledged, and then was told to sit at a pedicure station and wait. A mother and daughter walked in behind me and they were greeted instantly, and sat in the two pedicure stations next to me. We all waited for a good 10 minutes before a male nail tech started the mother's water and started her pedi... after I had been waiting. No big deal. I waited another 10-15 mins before another nail tech came over and started working on my feet. Now I foolishly have the idea that if you are working for a tip, you'll at least TRY to be nice? She rushed on my feet so much that she offered me the "deluxe package" pedicure which I said I wanted for an extra $10, and she never ended up doing that. After being stabbed in the toe cuticle and receiving the quickest toe prep I have ever had, she proceeded to give me the worst French pedi. White tips that were very thick and one top coat. Usually at other places they at least put a sheer pink coat on.. I waited longer to have this done than the whole process. Silly me, I then wanted a eyebrow wax.. Since when do nail salons do waxing in front of everyone else? Another nail tech sat me in a chair in the main salon room and started to wax my eyebrows...a little awkward? Other places at least sit you in the backroom...anyway, she did a terrible job, didn't even show me what it looked like after she did it. I got no goodbye or have a nice day when I walked out. (sigh) I noticed when I got into my car that she had over plucked into my brow and left a small hole to the bottom of it and the ends of my brow weren't even touched. I will say that it had cleared out considerable by the time my pedi was started that there was no excuse for rushing and the get-in get-out attitude. NEVER again. read more

I'm so used to a pedicure that actually takes it's time with ingrown nails if that's a problem and an actual good foot/leg massage. I went for a pedicure on a Friday evening 8/26/22 and while in the chair I decided to have my nails done too. My nails are pretty short so the tech assured me they would look fine and she would just shape them. Well they looked fine for about 24 hours. by Saturday evening a thumb nail chipped and by Monday morning two others did as well. I stopped in on my lunch Monday to speak with the owner. We agreed upon a time Monday after work for me to have them fixed. She didn't seem to pleased about having to do this. Nonetheless I went back and another tech lightly scraped the top coating and reapplied a coat to the three nails. They looked just ok. I thanked her and the owner and left. This morning 8/31/22 while getting ready for work my thumb nail chipped again and looks worse than before. In my opinion the gel should have been completely removed and re-done. Love this place- every time I have gone I have received a high quality manicure (have never gotten a pedi). They are clean, efficient and do a really nice job.
