Disgusting and discriminatory treatment. The front office lady was openly judgmental, condescending, and treated us as if we did not belong there or could not afford anything in the store. The way we were spoken to and dismissed was clear profiling and discrimination, and it made the entire visit extremely uncomfortable. Her attitude was lazy, rude, and unprofessional. She refused to make even a basic effort to look up my prior years' information in their system and acted irritated that she had to do her job at all. There was zero customer service--just contempt and arrogance. To make matters worse, the eyewear selection was laughably bad. Very limited options that looked no better than Walmart frames, except priced at 10 times more with absolutely nothing to justify the markup. This business should be ashamed of how customers are treated. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would not return under any circumstances -- not even if they offered free glasses. Save your money and your dignity and go literally anywhere else. read more

Last appt was in 2024. Called to see when I could get new glasses through my insurance. Asked if she could tell me what my vision was in right eye in 2024 and she said no that info had expired and she couldn't give it to me. So I guess if I did go back to them they have nothing to compare my new exam to? No problem , won't be going back. read more

Okay, I wrote them a bad review and they got back to me. Victoria is the contact person who personally worked with me. I'm not crazy about the experience as a whole, because I don't like having to come to Yelp to get justice. Remember this. If you have diabetes, then tell them upfront and let them tell you what to do about the implications, insurance, and your options. I'll give them a pass for now though. read more

Very happy with the service at this place, it seems like everyone loves their job because they take the time with you. The doctor takes his time to explain to you what the problem it is with your eyes, very kind and patient. The saleswomen were also very friendly, I only remember Jenny's name, but there was also another lady and they both provided great service. My situation was a little special because I come from another place where my lens prescription was incorrect and at Ópticas + Plus they fixed my problem fast and easily. I recommend this place for the good team that provides excellent service. Visited Fayetteville office for contact lenses fitting. * After six follow-up visits and 3 doctors, I finally got fitted. * They over charged/billed me for the initial fitting. * They inadvertently billed my insurance company for contacts that I never purchased. * Until my benefits were restored, they offered trail lenses BUT gave me the wrong prescription. I was just going to let it go and just go somewhere else but I want to warn others I went to the one Fayetteville Highway 54 West. My biggest complaint was the lack of cleanliness or sterilization of any of the eye exam equipment. My wife was first then they called me and never once sterilized the equipment. The worst one was the phoropter/refractor in the actual optometrist's office It looked like I had not been wiped for a long time ....I tried to do a quick wipe myself but that didn't help, after I wipe my face around my nose and had brown stuff on my face yuk!!! Now onto the prescription, I brought my old prescription for them to see, after the exam they did not have my lenses so they Would need to order -ok. Got home looked at the prescription and noticed that it was totally different and becuse I have had problems with certain lens I shared that the SOFMED Breathables work better for me and the XW Toric work best for my night driving. They told me to just come pick up the ones he order and if you don't like them come back and he might change. Well that place is I should call the health department.... This guy was coughing not covering his mouth and had this huge soda he was grabbing and drinking though the entire process. I'm Just discussed! read more

I will never go back. Waited forever when we had an appointment. I was told they work with children. I came for my 5 yr old and they were nice but no skills whatsoever with children.. I saw what I think was the optometrist, mcarthur Griffin, who Had no personable skills and I couldn't even really understand what he was telling Me at the end because he was mumbling and when I did ask a question he was condescending which made me feel uncomfortable asking anything else. I left feeling like I want to get a second opinion because I was t confident in theirs. read more

These people are great!! I bought a classy pair of semi-frameless glasses there last year. Yesterday I accidentally smashed the frames and the nylon wires that hold the lenses in broke. The glasses were useless with no way to hold the lenses in the frame. I took them back and explained the problem to Ari Muse (who works there). He was very helpful and repaired them right away. These ladies are the most helpful bunch I have ever encountered. Went in to buy Miraflex frames for my toddler and they were able to measure her pupils mid-tantrum and were informative about lens thickness and material choices. They provide pricing packages and give discounts for repeat customers. This was a huge plus because my daughter will need continual prescription changes. The best part is that you can pay a very small rush fee to have the lenses available in a few days. I cannot say enough nice things about these gals! read more

After having my appointment rescheduled multiple times because the doctors schedule kept changing, I finally had an appointment that they didn't call to reschedule. During which I was told I would have a pair of contacts that day, I happily swipe my card, only to be told that I have to wait two weeks to receive my contacts! Very bad service and bad business practice. read more

My experience today was horrible. First I arrived on time for my son's appointment, but the place was overbooked with other appointments. The optometrist was picking and choosing what customers he wanted to see and then I was told by one of the ladies working there that because of an error in overbooking appointments that my son would not be seen today. I was told the optometrist usually sees his last patient around 4, but they took two new patients back to be seen after 4. Then I was told that I had never called back to confirm my son's appointment, but I did call back several times of which no one ever answered the phone, so I ended up leaving a voicemail to confirm and asked for a call back of which I never got. Upon checking the voicemail while i was there, the receptionist discovered that i had called. Goes to show they don't check voicemail messages or return calls. Needless to say, I will not be returning. My son and myself have been established patients for a few years now, but the quality of customer service has diminished tremendously. I did not feel valued at all as a customer. I will not be going back. read more
