He takes the time to explain everything and show me what he is talking about. I told him what was going on with my sight and he was able to tell me exactly what Che issue was. I took his recommendation for treatment and within the week my sight was already better. Not only that he took the time to forward his notes directly to my Rheumatologist so she would be aware of the issue - he said he extremely dry eyes could be caused by issues she could test me for, to make sure I was ok. I love it when doctors are thorough and communicate. I feel like they are truly interested in making sure I get the best care. I scheduled an appointment with Eye Specialist of Georgia because it was in network with my Vision…read morecoverage through Met Life Vision. Confirmed this with receptionist when I made the appointment. I was expecting the usual, comprehensive eye exam with dilation. My co pay for this exam should be $10 per my plan. When I arrived for my appointment I gave the vision card and my ID. I was then asked for my medical coverage card. I gave it but didn't really understand the need for it. I was then called back to the window to hear that my exam would be $160.00 in case there were a medical issue to be determined. I had not even seen a doctor at this point and had no diagnosis to warrant medical attention but my Met Life coverage was being excluded. I did not stay for the appointment and reported to Met Life my experience. Ask all the questions before you make an appointment and get this run around.

I found her very…read morecondescending and was told immediately that she would not prescribe my medication that my other provider has been doing for me for 7 years or longer. Dr. Castle told me she would prescribe the medication as long as I came into seeing her. I was always good at doing this. My husband recently passed away and this has caused me so much stress. Now is not the time in my life to refuse filling my medications. I'm so very disappointed in both of them. Finding a phychiatrist has not been easy. My SonderMind experience has been horrible.

Do not dare to question her as it is taken as a personal offense with her 'my way or the highway' style of approach. Doesn't listen, and frankly not interested, she wasn't even looking at my most recent labs whilst making accusations and blaming / shaming statements to me. Someone needs to inform her that she is paid to work with her patients, not lord over them with a superior attitude and a fake smile. If this is the best they have then we we are in trouble.
