Now, a year and a half later, our front gate is starting to rust and the back left hand gate is broken. The top support, that holds all of the gate weight, broke off of the post. It turns out it had only a single small tack weld securing it to the post. The right hand gate panel has a doubler plate and fully welded support pin. It is not surprising the weld failed. It's been 3 weeks since I contacted the owner and while he hasn't called back, he has occasionally answered my numerous calls. All he says is that he is busy and he'll come by when he can, but he refuses to put me on his schedule. I offered to pay for the service call and work, even though the issue is clearly a design flaw. Jose Alverez does not stand behind his work.

A Plus Construction came out to our home and built a Metal building shop for us. He did all the dirt work himself to get the pad ready for the concrete slab, in which his crew poured shortly after. Once the concrete was ready to go, they started on the building. Weather was a bit of an issue, but not his fault at all. Once the rain stopped they were right back on the building and got it done in a very timely manner. Let me just say, our new shop ism everything we wanted and more. It's absolutely beautiful. Colten the owner was incredibly easy to work with. He explained everything to us step by step to a tee. He was a complete joy to work with, so honest and kind. Best contractor my Husband and I have ever dealt with. He won't screw you over, like other contractors I've dealt with in the past. You call he answers right away. His company is a one stop shop, which makes it so easy to deal with. He even pulled the needed permits for our area to get the job in the works. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and everyone. Low and behold the wood edging behind my old gutters was all rotted. They removed the rotted wood and installed the flashing and gutters directly on the plywood of the house, which they assured me was actually better than replacing the wood edging. There wasn't a downpour yesterday but everything worked as it should and I no longer had the three spots where I was getting overflow onto my patio and garden beds. So if you're having these issues, these are the guys to call!
