Had a large nail in my tire. It was quickly removed and a fantastic price. I will certainly go back to them for other service.

Always does great work and love the customer service. I will never take my car to any other shop!read more

Please find below my husband's review of Caliber Collision Catonsville:…read more I have twice taken my car to Caliber Collision Catonsville and have twice been returned a car with incomplete and/or shoddy repairs. I see no reason to use this shop to repair your car, though I describe my experiences here so that you may make a decision for yourself. The first job was to replace a front fender and respray the front bumper. I was initially satisfied with the repair. The fender and bumper didn't fit together perfectly, but I decided it wasn't worth pressing the issue. When waxing the car a few months later I noticed paint drips on the lower portion of the bumper. I took the car back and the bumper was fixed under warranty without objection from the shop. I rate this experience 4/5. I should also mention that due to an insurance mix up, in no way the fault of the shop, I ended up paying for the entire repair out of pocket. The shop was aware of this and graciously offered to take pictures and provide them to me so that I could use them as evidence for my claim - this did not happen, no pictures were ever taken. The second job, a few years later, was to replace a headlight and the front bumper. Upon receiving the car and inspecting it the following day, I noticed the following problems: A) headlight pointed towards the ground B) uneven gap between hood and fender C) front bumper missing its, for lack of better word, air dam D) front bumper air duct for gear box cooling improperly sealed After driving it for a few weeks I noticed the following additional problems: E) front bumper popped away from frame in area of repair F) intermittent clunking noise coming from area of repair under heavy breaking or high lateral acceleration I should have at this point insisted the shop fix all of these issues, but I lost complete faith in them. I fixed issue A myself by reprogramming the headlight. I decided I could live with issue B. I asked the shop to replace the missing part, issue C, which they did after minor objection (the front bumper of this car is asymmetrical; one side has an air dam and the other a duct to cool the gear box. I had to bring up a picture showing this). I was initially most concerned with issue F, so I got the car up on a lift and inspected the suspension and steering myself. Satisfied that there were no mechanical problems, I suspected issues E and F were related (correct) and minor (incorrect) and planned to fix them myself along with issue D. Over the next few months I still hadn't found time to redo the bumper (the closest garage I can use is 90 min. away) and issue E, the front bumper pulling away from the frame, was worsening, so I took the car back to the shop and asked them to repair it under warranty. After initially checking it out, their words more or less exactly were, "No problem. This is usually caused by a damaged bracket, we'll replace it. If that's not the problem, we'll get in there and figure out what it is." !!!The shop replaced the bracket and it didn't fix issue E, and in fact it made it worse!!! (I come to find later that this fixed issue F, at least temporarily, which confirmed my suspicion that the issues are related - there is too much stress between the frame, bumper, and fender due to a poor repair job and the stress was partially relieved by the shop's attempted fix/worsening of issue E.) !!!I was then told that there is evidence of a new "accident" and that I would need to file a new insurance claim if I actually wanted the shop to fix issue E!!! I've been avoiding ad hominem attacks for the sake of subjectivity, but at this point the shop tech kept repeating and responding with the same line about a new "accident", which was frankly embarrassing to listen to, that I had to ask him to stop so we could continue our conversation. What is this "accident" you ask? Scraps under the bumper caused by a parking spot stopper, see the attached picture. This is akin to a doctor crookedly fusing your bones together and absolving himself/herself of responsibly due to scratches you received picking blackberries. In my opinion, what's happening here is straightforward; 1) The shop isn't detail oriented and/or lacks quality control, hence the multitude of issues I've described 2) The shop is all for honoring their warranty until it looks like it's going to cost them a significant amount of time/money and then looks for a way out. Whether this is rouge behavior or a reflection of the Caliber Collision brand as a whole is unknown. Everything I've stated here is true and, aside from my opinions, indisputable. Your mileage may vary, but as someone who tunes cars and drives them in circles for fun, I have no faith in this shop and will no longer use it myself or recommend it to my friends.

It's so hard to find a good auto shop when you're in a car accident. I looked through body shops…read moreand read (scary) reviews and was glad that I made this choice, so I'm passing this along. The receptionist was SUPER kind, I think her name was Melody (I forget because my car was there for so long). I was in a hit and run so I wanted to find a place that was in network with my insurance company so I didn't have to do the back and forth with estimates and also going to a shop place close to car rental places (this place is close to both Hertz and Enterprise) to make it convenient. The service was amazing - Quantay, my main contact was very good about communication, there were a couple misses in when it would be ready, or not so I did drive there once to pick up but it wasn't ready. I live in the city so it was a bit of a drive but I am glad I picked this place. I was impressed that Enterprise (even though they ended up giving me a faulty car and it was the holidays I had to drive to BWI to try to get into a new car, but they didn't have anything) had a car for me at the time of drop off so it was a super easy transition, and the same for drop off, I could leave the rental at Varsity! It must be pretty affordable as State Farm and other insurances work with this center. They also guarantee all the work they do while you own the vehicle.

I had front end damage where my entire bumper was knocked off and headlight damaged ...They repaired one headlight and left the old headlight on making my vehicle look distorted...On top of that the headlight was out on the headlight where the cover that wasn't replaced. Also when I dropped my vehicle off my backup camera was working and now it isn't...Said they would have to resubmit it to my insurance for approval.... I want my camera fixed but ABSOLUTELY NOT BY THEM...!!!!....save yourself a headache....wouldn't recommend them ....

Odonnel Honda sales manager Ken Novak needs to learn customer service skills if he wants to…read morecontinue serving the public at O'Donnell Honda. I went in on Saturday August 8 2025 with friends to purchase a new Crv. Sean the salesman was very helpful in assisting us find the car, giving us good advice and ultimately helping us get the deal and trade in value we were seeking. On Saturday he came back with a piece of paper and an amount he said was the out the door price. It seemed like the price did not include taxes and fees so we asked him where the taxes and fees were and he said they were included and the price was the out the door price. He went back to his manager to confirm and he came back a bit exasperated saying that yes the deal is the deal and the price he presented was the out the door price inclusive of taxes. Because of document needs for financing we waited till Monday to complete the deal. We spent much time obtaining the required documents and a cashiers check so we could complete the purchase and financing agreement. Once we returned to finalize we were given a sheet of paper that did not reflect the agreed upon amount from Saturday. The price we were reassured included taxes and fees was infact not inclusive of taxes and fees. Sean the salesman apologized and admitted that he remembered the back and forth and remembered that he stated the price was out the door and inclusive of taxes and fees. After this we asked to speak to sales manager Ken Novak. He basically told us we were lying and that there was nothing more to discuss. I attempted to explain the situation so he understood the representation that was made to us about the price being inclusive of taxes and fees. He abruptly said there is nothing to discuss and walked away. I have never experienced such rude behavior from a person trying to sell a high ticket item. Had Ken come back and listened to our concerns in a rational way and calmly explained why he could not budge my friends were willing to still purchase the car under the revised agreement. However because we were treated with such contempt from Mr Novak we decided to pursue a deal at another dealer. If you value honesty and respect when you are considering purchasing a Honda I highly recommend you steer clear of Ken Novak and ODonnell Honda in Catonsville. Not only do they go back on their word, they refuse to listen and are incapable of treating customers with a modicum of respect.
