While I was pretty confident about the quality of the windows, I was concerned about the installations - BUT - Tri-State did a fabulous job. No leaks, no drafts... Perfect... Additionally, we had to make two of the windows smaller to accommodate a kitchen remodel - and Tristate perfectly matched the siding color, so you would never know that these were just added. (Even looking close up - you could not see any difference). I would recommend Tri-State unconditionally - Great job, and they put client satisfaction above all else!

The measurements where taken by his team and when we talked about the details it was a breeze, and there input was what I felt honest and the best for me not just up charges. They even talked me out of things that aren't needed for my location like triple pane glass and the black trim does fade over time. I did order in fall, and the windows as promised ready in the 6-8 week time frame. We were in a deep freeze at that time. I didn't want to do the install until nicer weather. At this time the windows were installed. All 18 casements, bay window and sliding glass door. I couldn't be happier with the 2 day install for windows and flashing that they replaced throughout the outside of the house. The price was extremely reasonable for the amount of windows and work that was done, and lower then all the competition that had different sales pitches but I got windows for what I wanted not what was pushed to sell! Hi Eric, I am…read morewriting because I believed it was important to provide feedback on my experience with your company NSE Windows. The installation of seven Marvin Ultimate Double Hung windows at my home in Centerport was completed today and I have to say that I could not be happier with the product, the process, and the end result. My home is over 100 years old and the moldings were intricate and required careful thought and meticulous measurement to achieve the optimal installation. In addition, the workers were dealing with plaster walls and existing materials that were from that long ago period in time. Mike and his team were able to execute this job with a level of skill and attention to detail that could not be surpassed. In addition, Mike's team was receptive, polite, and dedicated to doing a good job. I must say that the entire experience exceeded all my expectations. From the prompt follow up after my initial inquiry; your knowledgeable sales associate, John, coming to my home several times; meeting with you at the showroom to review the project and options; the site visit from Mike to go over the job, measure, and answer any questions; in addition to Eric, part of the team, coming to my home to assess and take samples of existing moldings. All of these efforts did a great deal to assure me that I was making the right decision in choosing Marvin and NSE windows. In closing, I would not hesitate to recommend NSE Windows to other potential customers and certainly would not look any further, if needed, for any future projects. Thank you again. Best regards, Celeste M Homeowner

In 2022, I got two bedroom windows (see previous review) and then this week, I got a new sliding patio door/backdoor and a kitchen window (awning style). I received three quotes for the sliding glass door. Andersen quoted me at $6,800 (of course, it was $9,700 but then their magical discounts brought it into the high 6's) and Power quoted me at $5,800 (of course, if I signed RIGHT THEN AND THERE, it would be $5,100 only). They also both told me that it would be 7-10 weeks for install. Window World quoted me at around $4,000 for the door and within 3 weeks of putting down a deposit, I had a new door and window. The door is perfect and has built-in blinds that open/shut and raise/lower. The window is gorgeous - I took their recommendations and went with the awning-style window instead of one that goes up and down (they called this Double Hung). Absolutely fantastic service from Bill and Matt, as well. The installation took about 3 hours and was done perfectly.
