Great perfect eye liner!! It's been 20+ years and still perfect! It was a really good experience

Wonderful job. Had Kathy do a lot of tattooing for me. Had eyeliner and after BC surgery she did areola tattooing.

Cathy came highly recommended from a good friend of mine. I had been thinking about getting permanent under eyeliner for years and finally took the plunge. Not only did I get under eyeliner but I also had Cathy do my eyebrows and I feel amazing! It's great to wake up in the morning looking so much better without any makeup. but also having my eyebrows for years! I would highly recommend Cathy, she is precise, diligent and takes her time to make sure she gives you exactly what you're looking for. read more

Cathy is amazing and did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. I have already recommended her to 5 of my gal friends. I was somewhat nervous and she was so down to earth and I felt at ease from the moment I got to her salon. read more

Kathy is wonderful & after a fair few years my eyeliner still looks great. I was checking in for a cataract surgery this morning & even got a compliment from the nurse! We moved to Oregon 4 years ago or I would be scheduling more "lovely" work. I would not trust anyone else to do permanent work on my face. read more

I'm so thrilled with my beautiful eyebrows! Cathy did a fabulous job matching the exact shade of blonde. They look natural and soft. It was a very comfortable procedure, and I had no swelling or irritation. Cathy is a very caring and thoughtful person. She really listens to her customers, and with 25+ years of experience, she is a real professional. read more

Kathy is great!!! I wish I had done this years ago with her. She is "perfect" for the job. read more

My good buddy from work very graciously shared with me her secret "eyeliner" tattoo aka, permanent eye makeup ... as the professional woman's way to combat the frustration of having my reapply makeup mid afternoon at the ladies room for all to see. Now I don't have to buy a new MAC fluid liner every month! Cathy is just wonderful calming person! She's sole proprietor, so don't expect a medical receptionist to answer your call, but a personal call back to discuss what you want. The fact that she's usually booked out at least 1 month in advance was at first disappointing, but as soon as you're in her hands, you know why she's booked up! She's really good with dealing with anxious nerves and her skills cannot be beat. I've had my eyeliner tattoo done before in Los Gatos at a doctor's office, by a RN, and I came in with previous baggage ... afraid of the tattoo pen, as the nurse who did my eyeliner had an extremely heavy hand = painful pricks on my eyelids, serious regret. I was so nervous ... or more like a nervous wreck, but Cathy was excellent in talking through the situation, she has all sorts of methods to get you comfortable, heated bed, knee rests, soothing music, and she tells great stories. As soon as her pen touched my eye, I was extremely shocked at how feather light her touch was. I couldn't believe how dramatically different my experience was. It was like a tickley buzz rather than piercing pricks. Not only was the experience not painful, on the second time, I actually fell asleep while she was making her touch-up passes on my lid. I am so so grateful to Cathy. I will not go to anyone else. read more

there is no better. Kathy has years of experience. She ONLY does permanent makeup and can probable do it in the dark!! i have referred my family, friends and clients to her. They all have been happy with her and her work. She has now become an academy for makeup artists that want to learn her tips and tricks. her prices are reasonable. don't wast any time. you can look the same wet or dry! :O) call ASAP no yea! ask her about her reduce rate- botox opportunity with her plastic surgeon every 4 months!! see you there~ read more

I highly recommend Cathy Klemz. She is highly skilled, professional and kind. I immediately felt at ease, despite never having had a similar procedure done. She explained exactly what she was going to do, and continually checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and wasn't experiencing any discomfort. She showed me how to care for my skin during the healing process and answered all of my questions. Thank you, Cathy! read more

I am at day 11 of my new micro (3D) brow blading. I have always gone with the traditional brow tattooing method. But, this time I wanted to try something different. I am so happy I did! I keep looking at my brows in the mirror. The shape and the color are perfect. Thank you Cathy, I love my brows!!! If you want your permanent makeup done right, schedule your next appointment with Cathy. read more

Cathy is a real talent and a pro at her craft. She did an excellent and almost pain-free eye-brow, eye-lids (top & bottom) and lip liner. I have returned again to have touch-ups over the years. I highly recommend Cathy for her talent and artistry. read more

Cathy did my eyeliner 15+ yrs. ago...Yes, it lasted well & only a few small spots I need retouching these many years later! She's all they say about her, precise, personable & excellent at her craft. My only complaint is how hard she is to get ahold of. No contact email on her site, no texting to her number & if she's with a client, she doesn't answer her phone (considering she's booked up to 3 mo in advance, it's a challenge. Cathy...if you're out there, please come up with a solution. read more

This is the best place to go to. You can't get this great service from any where. Cathy cares about her customers and you look great when she's done. read more

This is the best place for getting permanent makeup. I have been to a couple other places prior to this and had terrible painful experiences in the past. Cathy, on the other hand, is very experienced and competent. I had the permanent eyeliners and eyebrows done by her and they were not painful nor did not make my eyes tear. The woman from the previous place I went to, Permanent Cosmetiques in San Carlos, said my eyes were too sensitive, that was why my eyes tear so much. Cathy proved it wrong. It's the combination of technique, experience and competency that Cathy possesses make the procedure painless. Cathy is extremely patient and professional. I actually enjoyed chatting with her during the procedure. She is very friendly, honest and wonderful. I recommend her to my family and friends. Everyday I see her terrific work on my face in the mirror and I thank her every time. read more

I have been trying to call the phone number listed for almost a week, to no avail. Continuous busy. Website doesnt tell me anything as to whether out of biz, on hiatus, nothing. If anyone can tell me what might be going on, I'd appreciate it. I went to one of their students from their academy, had my eyebrows done, and she has now gone out of biz. I need a refresher.... read more

Lets keep in mind that I previously did not wear eyeliner due to the fact that I have severe allergies and constantly rub my eyes. Also, the plain fact that I just don't have time in the morning to put it on and too lazy at night to take it off. I was always jealous of the women who looked gorgeous with eyeliner, but a tattoo - it would hurt!. I have many friends that have gone to Cathy whether it be for eyeliner, eyebrows or lip liner. They always said, "Why don't you give it a try?" So I did - and it DIDN'T hurt! I have blue eyes which now "pop" even more with the eyeliner and never have to worry about rubbing it off. I have received so many compliments since. Everyone comments on how "Natural" it looks. I actually had someone ask me, "How do you get your eyeliner so perfect?" Cathy is very professional and takes pride in her work. It doesn't hurt that she is also very friendly and funny. She takes the time to listen to what you want and makes sure you are comfortable with your decision. Her knowledge and confidence in her work is very reassuring and the final outcome backs it up!! The only downfall is she books up quick. Once you become a client, you will know why!! read more

I've spent most of my teenage years looking for the perfect eyeliner. I'm now 40 and found it with A Perfect line Permanent Cosmetics! With eyeliners my eyes watered and were always red. What I hated the most was the clumping and smearing. I feel like I wasted so much time and money. Cathy made me feel at ease. Her personality is so uplifting! You get a two for spending time with her. You'll look great and she's great to talk with. You can go in with the stresses of life getting to you and leave in good spirits! What convinced me the most is her perfect eyeliner. Her face says it all. I was amazed how it didn't hurt at all and she has a steady hand. It was like watching an artist go to work. I work with a lot of families in the Bay Area as a Nanny/Family Assistant. I've been asked many times, "Where do you buy your eyeliner?", "It always looks so good." When I tell them it's permanent cosmetics, they are so amazed! I'm very happy with my eyeliner and would recommend it to anyone who is tired of the over rated eyeliners on the market today. read more

Cathy did a great job with my permanent eye liner, I am very happy with the end result and appreciate her attention to detail. She is very caring, knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. In my case, it was not a completely pain-free experience, so be sure to let her know if you are sensitive to pain. She is fully booked for several months, so plan ahead to book your appointment. read more

While it may take a few months to get scheduled w/ Cathy, it is 100% worth the wait!!! Cathy was the final person on my "Dream Team" in my decision to avoid a breast cancer diagnosis. After two surgeries involving a prophylactic double mastectomy with diep flap reconstruction, the last step in the process is nipple tattooing. My doctor referred me to Cathy and told me she was the best. My sisters went through similar procedures in other states prior to me so we shared & compared and I was ready to feel some pain. BUT Cathy's techinque was absolutely painless AND very natural! Its takes a few hours, but the time flew in her company. I agreed with the rest of my "Dream Team," she is the best and I highly recommend A Perfect Line but more specifically Cathy! read more
