Seeing Evana has been the only thing that has given me any sort of relief from all the aches and pains. I've tried many medications, trigger point injections, physical therapy, the list goes on and on... and nothing has compared to what her hands can do. She really listens to what your body needs and will massage areas that most massages places won't touch, such as the ribs. I am someone that has a lot of tightness in my ribs and finding someone to massage them has been difficult. Another special piece about going to Evana is that she spends the full hour with you. Most massage places will charge you for an hour but only work on you for 50 minutes, but not here, you get your full money's worth! I definitely recommend Evana and I look forward to my visits with her!

She had almost immediately found where my ribs were out of place and methodically worked with my body to return them to where they belong. That is why I have recommended her to so many of my very grateful friends and family members.

I went here a few months back, every two weeks. There were a few times (before she changed her…read morecancellation policy) that I had to reschedule an appointment I had the following day, I would reschedule it anywhere from 72 hours before to 12 hours before my scheduled massage. She amended the policy saying you had to give 24 hours advance notice (understandably) & a month or so after the policy was changed I had a family emergency & couldn't make it. My daughter had a big seizure & we had to go to the hospital. I texted her as soon as I knew. Mind you, I hadn't had an issue since she updated her policy. The next week I tried to reschedule & it said I had to reach out, so I did. We talked on the phone & she mentioned the times I had to reschedule the times before she made changes to her cancellation policy. I countered with once she changed it there hasn't been a problem until I had an emergency. She proceeded to tell me I need to have child care lined up, moms deserve their time too, her mom had a special needs dependent, I could t use my daughter as an excuse.. just so far out of line. She said I could only come in if someone else cancelled last minute & I could fill in their spot. It isn't possible with 4 kids, I can't drop what I'm doing to go to someone's cancelled appointment.. I wish. The whole convo was wild & out there. I gave a two star instead of one because she is a good at massages.. it actually took me a few months to even speak on this, I was really just trying to reflect before I left a poor review.. Since I can't directly reply, I'll have to update to say you did in fact say something about my children as an excuse & I never did a same morning cancellation, it's not even possible to do on the app. The one time I had no choice I had to call/text you to cancel. I couldn't cancel it otherwise.. I'm glad you feel okay with your choice, I do as well.. you don't have to lie about it. Good luck with your business!
