They cleaned the inside of the toilets like they were brand new (my toilets I thought were stained and I thought it was impossible to clean). They also cleaned to the smallest detail which was very amazing! They cleaned the stove and between every crease and crevice. My favorite part of what they did was the bathtub! They did a wonderful job and it's as if the bathtub is brand new. I love how they charge a flat fee and not by the hour as well. This company was sent out to look at my fridge that hadn't been cooling and wasn't fixed by another Samsung company. Is it weird that they just schedule your appointment without trying to schedule something with you first? Absolutely. Is it odd that all communication is done via email and text? Yes. But it seems to work. Getting the service window the day of isn't ideal either. But the technician that came to my house was pretty friendly. The first time he was late, but apologized for not keeping me in the loop on his timing. I like that they actually come to fix the issue right then and there rather than having to order parts and wait for the parts to come in. And the one time I had to call, I was able to speak to a live person pretty quickly. They were much better than the other technical company Samsung sent out, so I can't complain about them too much.

Incompetent and careless. They did work repairing our kitchen a few years ago after mold. What they…read moresaid would be a 2 week job turned into probably 5 months. Writing this now because I just saw an outlet underneath the sink that's not at all mounted to the wall and was reminded of how ridiculous this whole ordeal was. They'd come maybe 2 times a week, maybe less, sit in the driveway and wait for each other for a while, and they'd always forget what they were supposed to do. Then they'd say "ah ya we remember now, gotta go to Home Depot" and take another 1-2 hours. The pace of work was incredibly slow. When they were redoing our kitchen, we came home and saw that the main handyman had bought cabinets for the sink that opened straight into the fridge and stove, so you could barely open them. It was on a corner, so clearly a corner / lazy Susan cabinet was needed. Delayed the job by however many days. They cracked the sink they put in, and there's carvings in the countertops from where they messed up with sloppy cutting. When they installed the AC window units, they stained the window panes, sink, and the outside of the house with the insulation foam and didn't attempt to clean it until I asked. They didn't get much up; still stained. They didn't put calking around the countertop they put in behind the sink. There were a bunch of other times where similar things happened that I had to ask them to redo it or do a part of the job they'd missed.
