I made an appointment to have a sectional cleaned by this company because I saw that they had very cheap deals on Groupon. When I called, the guy on the phone (I'm guessing it was James?) told me that the Groupon deal does not apply to me due to my location. That was fine with me because the original price was still pretty cheap, so I went ahead, gave him all my information, and booked the appointment. He said the service would arrive between 4 and 4:30pm. By 4:40pm, I was calling both the number on the company website, and the "626" number that James (?) had called me with. Both numbers seemed to lead to the same phone, and resulted in an "inbox full" message. I had no choice but to give up and look for another cleaning company, and was fortunate enough to book an appointment with them the same day. As for this company though... cheap prices, but are they any good? I guess I'll never know.
