Arthur responded quickly, set up an appointment for us the next day. The two young men who came were very kind, professional, and worked so hard. The price was great compared to all the competitors we contacted. But most importantly the lights look excellent. Our kids love coming home and seeing them at night and our neighbor across the street already asked for the contact info. If you're thinking of hiring help to make the Christmas light setup easier/better - go with Papa's!

My home office / man cave / music studio flooded with the recent rains, and seeing it all with 4-6…read moreinches of water was heartbreaking. I had spent most of 2021 setting everything in there up, and one rainy morning it was all gone. I felt like I lost part of myself and had no idea if or when things would get back to the way they were. Servpro far, far exceeded all expectations. They were in there within 24 hours doing the remediation / cleanup because all the floors and drywall up to 3 feet had to be cut out. They carefully moved all my stuff to dryer areas and then dried and sanitized everything else so no mold could grow. Then they did the rebuild part, which consisted of installing new flooring, baseboards, painting and putting everything back together. All this and they were in contact with my insurance company to make things easier for us. When they say "like it never happened", they really mean it. Now that the work is done, it's almost like nothing happened--except I think the work they did was actually BETTER than the original work done in here! And they did all this great work in the rain and over the holiday week. Wow. Just wow! So I'm writing this from my new/old office just hours after they finished. When I saw the room back to the way it was, it almost brought me to tears. So happy these guys were there for us. Special props to Julio, Tony, Peter, Gilberto and Ivy from the main office! You should all be proud of the work you do because it makes a positive impact in real peoples' lives (like me)!
