T&C Moving made our move way easier than I expected, and I'd happily recommend them…read more We had gotten quotes from a bunch of other companies, and most were either really expensive for what we needed or had endless fees for every little thing. T&C was refreshingly straightforward and fair. Scheduling was simple as well. Someone picked up right away, and if I left a message, they called back promptly. It was nice to actually speak to a real person instead of an automated system. On moving day, Daniel and Lance showed up ready to work. They were friendly, professional, and really careful with everything. They packed and protected all of our items, including a huge, awkward couch that could have been a nightmare. Watching them handle it with ease made the whole process feel smooth and without worry. By the end of the day, what could have been a stressful, exhausting move felt manageable and even kind of enjoyable. If I ever move in the area again, T&C will definitely be my first call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!…read more I used them for my first move and had a great experience. No issues, service was great! Used them for a second move one year later and completely different experience! - the guys tried to bring on one of their friends as a helper and then tried to add the cost to my quote at the end without approval. I of course argued it and told him to call the owner and he removed the cost. - they used my drill without permission (no biggie) but then took it with them. I had to call the office to get it back and I was told the mover guy said "she said here you go." I had no problem with them using it but they should've asked not just take it from my open tool bag. They also should've been prepared!!! - when we were done I checked the back of the trucks with them to confirm nothing was left and they seemed empty. Few hours later one of the guys brought back two of our small TVs. I asked the owner and he said they were in the cab and "missed them." - I had the cords and wiring for my two large flat screens taped in a bag to the TVs. Those bags were lost. By the time I found the cords for the TVs (about a little under two weeks after the move) I plugged them in and two of my four TVs were broken. I called the office, text the owner and ZERO Response! I've waited for a response or resolution before posting this review and at 60 days later still no response. I had two tv technicians scheduled to mount them confirm the damage with me. I had great service the first time which is why I used them again. The second time it was horrible and I'm saddened that being loyal to a business means you get crappy service the second time around. I will never use this company again! Especially after I had to go out and buy new TVs. We are still missing some items and can't find them but I won't assume it's poor handling, just not sure how they got lost in 20 mile ride perhaps those boxes were in the cab with my small TVs. -

We called for a quote and they said $150 per hour for 4 maids, and there was a 2 hour minimum. When they found out it was a vacant house, they said $175.00. Upon arrival, they told my husband, "Oh, you want us to clean the refrigerator and the stove... That's more money." In an empty house, of course we want you to clean the refrigerator and the stove! The windows, the blinds, the mirrors, the bathroom. They didn't even have to vacuum or clean the floor because our carpet cleaners were coming the next day. My husband said, we are paying you for 2 hours and there are four of you, let's see what we accomplish, and if we need more time, we can add it. They said they were finished in under two hours, but he had to talk them through everything they needed to clean. Upon arrival, there was no attention given to this job. There are fingerprints left on windows, dust left on vents, they couldn't put the refrigerator back together, and I went to open a drawer and it was sticky. And we are out $350! Find another service! This service is overpriced, underwhelming and has a bad attitude.

The movers broke our expensive glass table due to wrongful handle of it. After they broke our glass table, they did not apologize. Instead of apologing, they said life is short, why should we be upset about it. The movers demanded payment and tips at the end of move and told us to contact the company manager for the damage. We paid and tip the movers which was a big mistake. After the move, we have tried to call and email the company and they have been avoiding us. Definitely do not recommend this company for your move. Bad move and bad services.

And if we're looking to save money, of course we'd want a good mover that's not overly pricey, right? Well that's what these guys provided for us. I found them on yelp since I don't look at the total number of reviews, rather, consistently high ones. Punctuality: they were about ten minutes early and called me. Service: didn't have much to say but got right to work and knew what to do without us having to say anything. All in all, I would recommend these guys, they earned this review.

It was a big enough mess that I was certain our neighbors were going to call the city on us. I reached out to Two Man's Hauling & Cleanup and they took care of it immediately. I had a frustrating experience with this company and would not move with them again…read more When setting up the move, I made it very clear in talking to their office that this was going to be a full move and that we would need the house packed up. I told them how many bedrooms we had, got a quote that seemed fair, and felt that all was right with the world. The first hint that things would be more complicated came when we received an email a few days before the big day, specifying some of the ways in which the move was going to be more expensive than what the quote suggested. While some of these were pretty common sense - for example that we'd be charged for materials - others seemed a bit bizarre - for example the provision that the movers would charge double time for all of the time that they spent driving. But ok, I figured maybe it just slipped their mind to mention those things when giving the quote. And anyway at this point it was too late to change companies. When the guys showed up, however, the plot thickened further, as it was clear that they were not expecting the full move at all. They told us we'd need to call the company and request an extra truck and extra mover - with extra expenses of course - and the first half hour of the move was basically taken up with that. I have to say the guys after that were just fine and did a very competent job, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. But the frustrations and miscommunications were adding up. Fast forward to five days after the move. We've unpacked our boxes and are just starting to feel like we can start living and stop moving our stuff around. Then I get a call from the office telling me that they forgot to charge us an extra $200 for the extra truck. The price we had already paid, I should say, was about double what the initial quote had led me to project. I flatly told them that we are not pay this, and I'm still waiting to hear back from the manager about whether they're going to press this issue. I think the movers are just fine at this company, but there are some serious communication problems between the office and the consumer, and the office and the movers. I don't know if it's dishonesty, incompetence, or maybe just a fluke, but it made an already stressful process that much more stressful.
