Multiple messages immediately back to back telling you to pay up. I didn't have a day open to do it. I'm not paying a deposit until I have a schedule to allow it. The contract is ridiculous. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. I'm not into arguing about how my carpet was vacuumed. Because I did not use the service it would be inappropriate to give a negative star rating. But I can give everyone a heads up so they know what they are dealing with.

Based on that quote, I canceled another cleaner who was going to do the job for $400. The cleaners arrived two hours late. After seeing the house, they told me the job would actually cost $550 and then attempted to charge even more for each window, despite the original quote already including $160 for the windows. They even told me that the kitchen alone would cost $350 and the bathroom alone would be $170. They ultimately left because they said the home required more work than they had originally quoted. To their credit, they did call afterward, apologized for the misquote, and promptly refunded my deposit, which I appreciated. That said, the situation was still very frustrating because I had already sent photos of the space, canceled another cleaner based on their quote, and had guests coming to stay with me. If the pricing had been communicated accurately from the beginning, I would have kept my original cleaner instead of being left without anyone to clean my house at the last minute. My dad missed work waiting for them so I had to pay him to do the job.

The main reason I decided to stop using their services was a significant price increase of about $200, which I found difficult to justify. Customer Service: The customer service team was always friendly, professional, and responsive. Whenever I had a question or concern, they got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Cleaning Quality: The quality of the cleaning was inconsistent and really depended on who was assigned to my home. Some cleaners did an outstanding job (10/10), while others were average (5/10), and a few experiences were disappointing. On one occasion, my kitchen floor wasn't mopped, and they had to return the following day to finish the job. Another time, I noticed a cleaner heating water in my microwave, which seemed odd and unnecessary since I have hot running water. I was also told that their cleaners are trained to clean around items left on countertops rather than moving them, so areas underneath appliances like toasters weren't cleaned. It was disappointing because those areas were often left untouched. I probably would have continued using the service despite the inconsistency if the pricing had remained the same. However, after the substantial increase, I no longer felt the service provided enough value for the cost.
