If there was one thing we would change is we would have gotten the attendant to help with the photo booth process, but that was on us. DJ Suavesmooth customized our photo booth logo to match our vibes and colors, it was absolutely perfect! He brought all the props and the setup was fitting for our crowd. It was comforting knowing we had a knowledgeable DJ with so much experience and professionalism, his crowd work is insane! We even received a highlight video from him a few days after, allowing us to relive our most incredible day. We would choose DJ Suavesmooth everytime around! BOOM DJs mixed all the tracks seamlessly and professionally in a couple of days for me. They also put together a 3 song closer for the end of the night with Sweet Caroline, Dancing Queen and Don't Stop Believing. Despite having a professional Emcee and a live band, I couldn't picture my wedding without my bride, family and friends dancing joyously into the late evening. Thank you BOOM DJs for the save!

Dwayne was the DJ at our wedding a few weeks ago. Before the wedding I had asked if we could decide…read morethe dinner music and then he could have flexibility with the dance music based on the type of music we tell him we like. I re-iterated this in our phone call before the wedding. He had no issue with this. At dinner, he played a song from the list, then started playing his own music for dinner. We had to go over and tell him to stick to the list, and even then he kept slipping his songs in. It was extremely disappointing. We had pick very specific important songs to us and people at the wedding and they did not get played. Besides the fact the amount of time and thought we put into picking those songs. Second, I told him most important to me was the he did not play the wrong first dance, father daughter song and mother son song. He literally played the wrong mother son song. It was supposed to be Across the Universe by Fiona Apple. A guy was singing instead. When I went over to tell him it was the wrong song he pointed to his computer and said "the computer says it's Fiona Apple." Then, he just stopped the song in the middle forcing their dance to stop. Dance music was fine, but I didn't want an average DJ I hear at every wedding, I wanted to work with him to make this special.

Stephen stayed in touch with me for that entire year and a half, checking in on the planning process and asking how he could help. He even met with me for coffee a few months before the wedding because he wanted to be sure that he understood our vision, music tastes, etc. The dance floor was full all night. So many people came up to me afterward and commented that they had never seen such a creative DJ - his transitions between songs were so fun, and he was flexible and knew how to keep the party going. He also provided all of the sound equipment for the entire day. We played a video during the reception, and even though he wasn't responsible for the equipment, he quickly jumped in when it looked like the sound wasn't working. Honestly, there is no reason to consider using any other DJ. Backthird is the best of the best!

I manage events for a living and knew that, if I didn't have someone to do that, I would spend the night worried about the agenda. Nobody needs that on their wedding day. I came across Backthird Entertainment and these guys have weddings down. I filled out an inquiry and Robbie, my account manager, contacted me right away to discuss the details. He had great ideas about the flow of the evening and, after our discussion, he paired us up with DJ Andrew. Their online portal was super easy to use and we had the opportunity to add in all of the special events we wanted during the evening. Andrew was great about helping us coordinate everything, especially since our reception ended up being a bit of a variety show. I appreciated that Andrew and his assistant, Scott, took care of all the details. They showed up early to set up, kept us on schedule throughout the evening, and made sure to play our "must play" songs and other requests at the times requested. Robbie even made sure to follow up with me at various times throughout the process to make sure everything was going well. These guys are great and really care about their customers. RE: Business Owner's Reply- I do not know how you are surprised after ignoring me multiple times when I was ready to move forward with reviewing a contract. You ignored me over 2 weeks and we had a professional relationship. You also gave me 3 Wedding Venues that you said you are "preferred vendor" for, without me asking. I checked all 3 of them and you clearly lied to me. Also, Tony, you response to my review says "some of our reviews tells you that our customers were referred by their venues". Don't let the relative lack of Yelp reviews put you off - he knows what he's doing. We met Tim once in person, and once via FaceTime. Each time I left with the impression that he's a person that just *understands* music at a deep level - and that's what you want in a DJ. Someone who can read the room and play the *right* song. We ended up trusting Tim to just play what he thought was right - we gave him a list of songs we liked, but other than that let him pick the music. It turned out to be the right choice - our dance floor was packed for hours, until we turned the lights up and made people leave! Some other things are notable too - Tim was very helpful when picking out a "first dance" song; he was able to provide good music at the very last minute for walking in/out of the ceremony (because we forgot to pick something!). He kept sneaking us drinks whenever he saw we were out. He coordinated a surprise as well - my now-husband sang a song to me on the dance floor. He kept it a secret and worked it in at the right time, and it made the night just that much better. I can't recommend him enough. He made our event so much better than it ever would have been without him!
