All their rooms were in the proper place. The outside area for a wedding was remarkable. The food with some of the most incredible food I've ever had at an event like this. The filet melted in your mouth. The roasted potato was incredible and even better when I put some of the herbed butter on it. I'm not sure if the cake came from here but the cake was so moist and delicious and the icing had just the right amount of sweetness. The salad with pasta and vegetables with a beautiful flower on the side was delicious. They were very free with the drinks and top shelf liquor. And there was always a server ready to go get you a drink if you didn't want to get it yourself. I am so impressed with this place.

The ballroom was absolutely gorgeous, and I'm sure the photos are amazing. But it was soooooo loud inside. I couldn't hear any of the ceremony at all. None of it. And we were in the middle of the room. I think only the first few rows could hear. The food was delicious. The passed hors d'oeuvres were great. Dinner was tasty, so was the cake. I don't know if they made it all, or if it was catered by someone else. The bartenders were quick, and I never had to wait long for a drink. All of the drinks were quite tasty. The balcony was incredible. Too bad there really wasn't much to look at outside. All of this makes it very hard for me to decide how I feel about the Joliet Grand Ballroom. I would have liked to be able to hear the ceremony, and walking through the train station was a little odd, but the space is incredible.

We met Jamie at our venue's vendor expo and were immediately impressed by their services, pricing, and vast food offerings. It was a no brainer to book with their group! We had our tasting a couple months before our wedding day; which is complimentary to the couple and a $50 charge for any additional guest to join. They have you select 8-10 appetizers, 2 salads, and 4 entrees to taste at their Naperville location. They also have displays of china, silverware, glasses and more to help couples select what aligns aesthetically for their special day. Jamie worked with us to make small modifications to their standard offerings to make the food exactly what we wanted! Our wedding day came and we were floored by the quality/presentation of food, level of detail in place settings, and service from all staff members. We had multiple guests say that this was some of the best wedding food they've had, steaks were not over cooked, and food tasted fresh. Jamie also let us add desserts a week out to reallocate money from a couple of guests who last minute were unable to attend. Their team was even nice enough to service items not purchased through their group: disposables for the late night snack, display and refilling of cupcakes, etc. Overall, their group went above and beyond for us under Jamie's leadership. Our tables looked great, our food was wonderful, and their team was fabulous. We truly appreciate all they've done for us and could not recommend them more!
