My husband and I decided 4 months before our wedding to add video vendor services as most friends said it was their biggest regret to not have. WCP offers both photo and video packages but also different price points if you hire Sam/Katie or a Junior Associate. We loved that there was a value option for us to include video. Jamie was our Junior Associate. He came highly recommended by our wedding coordinator and I see why! His bubbly personality was a welcome addition day of to keep the energy high and make the documented moments feeling authentic and intentional. He went above and beyond with capturing drone footage and every wedding moment start to finish. After our big day, Sam edited our video to deliver a 2 minute teaser, 8 minute video capture, and provided us all raw footage. On top of this, they give couples the option to select songs. Our video was ready in about 6 weeks which was exactly in the middle of the proposed delivery timeline discussed. All email outreaches were responses to within 24 hours. They are simply good people to work with and were a great addition to our wedding vendor team! Tip: They offer a 5% discount with all cash payments.

They had the best prices, and I appreciated that they didn't require the full payment till 2 weeks after the wedding. Communication is done directly with the owner until about a month prior; she contacts you and gives you your photographer info. I then set up a time to meet with my photographer. Katie C. She was AMAZING. Her work was beautiful. So amazing that my sister in law is special requesting her for her own wedding next year. (Still have fingers crossed!) We received our photos 14 days after the wedding, and we were able to download all of them to our computer! Highly suggest this company! Side note. I have SERIOUS anxiety with my dog around strangers and Katie was amazing and handled me (and the dog) like a champ!

This was the first time using Eivan's Photo Inc. How well did they do? Let's find out:…read more Background: We hired Eivan's Photo Inc. for our August wedding. We were not sure what to expect because like any bigger business, they have to coordinate with videographer and photographer on if they are available. The experience was pretty smooth. We picked Gregory I. and Daniel C. out of the list because we liked the samples they they have on their website. Both were professional throughout the event. The grooms party had a little hick up with the schedule which unfortunately affected some of the pictures. Daniel was our photographer and pivoted when he could which made taking pictures. Daniel also had the unfortunate task to coordinating pictures of 2 very large families, which he did a great job with. Gregory was our videographer. I like Gregory but sometime it is slightly difficult to inform him of changes due to him being pretty busy. A good thing is that he has worked with Daniel at events before so they were able to get some great shots along with guiding the party for some nice memorable pictures and video. Both were great to work with and I would recommend this company for special events. I think if you are specific to what you want and you let them know, they can work with you on getting specific shots. So here are some things I would probably change. For Daniel, I am not sure if he took several shots of the family pictures since there were quite a bit, but there were some with people's eyes that were closed. As for Gregory, do to the expanse of the venue we chose, the audio during the ceremony is hard to hear. I am not sure if there is a way to get 2 mics and see which would have gotten better sound. Overall: My experience with Eivan's Photo Inc was a good experience. I would say though, Daniel and Gregory were the photography/videography team I worked with that did a great job, so I cannot comment on how the other photographers/videographers are. Of course they captured all of the big moments, but what impressed us most were all of the little moments in between--the emotions, the laughter, the candid interactions, the people we love, and so many special moments that we didn't even realize were happening at the time. Jessica and Aramis seemed to have an incredible ability to be everywhere at exactly the right moment without ever feeling intrusive. They made us feel comfortable, kept everything flowing naturally, and captured our day in a way that feels completely genuine to us. When we look through our photos, we don't just see beautiful pictures--we can actually feel our wedding day all over again. They captured the love, happiness, excitement, and emotion of one of the most important days of our lives, and that is absolutely priceless to us.
