First and foremost I would like to compliment this company on their professional and friendly customer service. Bo the owner as well as his direct communications team, Juan and Erick are all very pleasant to deal with under sometimes very stressful circumstances like a renovation. I have no background in construction so Bo made sure to walk me through the whole process and explained in detail everything that needs to be done and how it will be handled. This was the selling point for why I used A-List. When receiving quotes, other general contractors were short in answers and did not want to spend their time explaining things to me. Bo was happy to share his knowledge as he understands that renovations are expensive and wanted to make me feel 100% confident with how I spend my money. A-list has now done two renovations for me and my family and we are beyond happy with the work performed. We were treated very fairly and Bo even came up with some very clever ideas to help us save money during the construction. Bo and team are awesome!! Special thanks to Juan, Erik, Idan, Mauricio, and Javier. He bailed us out of a terrible situation with professionalism and ease. A pipe burst in the attic over my daughter's bedroom and we hired a restoration company our emergency plumber had referred us to over a holiday weekend. Needless to say, that was our mistake. Thankfully, I asked Bo to give us an estimate on converting a walk-in closet in that room to a bathroom (since we already had a mess on our hands, we figured we should make the best of it). Bo took one look at what was happening and started to give us guidance. On top of that, he recommended against doing the bigger job even though that would have meant more money for him. Graciously, he agreed to take over our restoration. By the end, the room wasn't only fixed, it was improved. The team took the entire ceiling out and rebuilt it with new insulation. He replaced the plumbing in the attic, the poorly installed ceiling mount for our fan, installed new recessed lighting and an attic fan. My daughter had some very specific painting preferences that were met too. That's not even the best part... he dealt with the insurance company and made sure the settlement would take care of the damage. I hate having work done on my house. It's a mess and the communication is always terrible. Also, my son has a miserable dust allergy. This crew was clean and the communication was other level. Bo has everyone on a chat where daily details are documented, and if I ever had a question it was answered immediately. Boaz is a problem solver like no one else is. This team was suggested to us last year from someone I trust. He doesn't always give everyone an A+ but said Bo was honest, solid, and trustworthy. I've done 2 big full home renovation jobs with A-List, and both were great! Bo and his crew are always communicating where we are in the project, and what's next. This review is loooong overdue, I've gained perspective on just how smooth the process went with our constraints and budget. Our project was tricky and could have been a nightmare, but Bo was excellent at communicating and walking us through each step. He gave appropriate timelines for all the things we needed done and, what I found most impressive, was that when he gave a price for something, that is what the price ended up being. I hired A-List construction to completely renovate my kitchen, install hardwood floors across my home, and to fix up a bathroom. Bo and his team did a wonderful job. From the beginning, Bo helped us visualize the kitchen layout through multiple in person meetings and renderings. He was quick to answer questions by text or phone call. And we couldn't be happier with the results. In addition, Bo and his team are trustworthy. They came and left my home for two months and not a single issue cropped up. They're respectful of your home, always locking up and even taking deliveries. They are also perfectionists. For example, at one point a closet door Bo installed had a millimeter scratch on it after installation. He insisted on getting a new door and re-installing it. Bo came to us through a neighbor. She highly recommended him. I met with Bo and also a couple of other companies. We decided on using Bo not only because of our neighbor's recommendation but Bo was available to answer questions about the contract. He discussed options with us. We hired Bo and have been very pleased. Bo renovated our very old 1950 original garage into an ADU. Many issues came up during construction- termite damage, old water damaged wood, etc.. Bo handled all of it. He explained and showed us what and why. He uses an app to communicate and also to take lots of pictures. The pictures were very helpful when the cabinet installer missed an electrical outlet- I pulled up the photo and showed the installer (not Bo's guy) and the installer found the plug easily and took care of it. We will use Bo again. We wish we had more money to do all of the projects we want to do- paver sidewalk, renovate the bathroom, etc.. Bo can do all of it. He is very professional, he treats his team with respect and takes care of them, ie. breaks, lunch, etc. No messes, no smoking on the job, no carelessness... would definitely recommend Bo! read more

Every place that's newly remodeled looks awesome. So I thought, why not wait awhile before writing the review. Here I am, a year later...everything is still perfect! 1. Extremely organized: Bo is extremely organized. When he gave me my initial copy of my estimate, it was a report broken out by project (the different rooms), and within each project the itemized detail. He patiently went over the report line by line, and explaine why each step was essential. After each project is done, Bo would hand me report with all receipt copies and match it against the initial estimate. There was never any confusion or discrepancy with payment. 2. Very sincere and honest: There was never any sugar-coating when it came to suggesting material or what to spend/cut. He also had very clear communication about the other projects he had going on, so that not only would I understand the progress of my place, but also where his crew/him might be at any given day. 3. Great Communication: During my project, I was sending Bo at least 5 e-mails & texts a day asking random questions and expressing my concerns. It NEVER took Bo more than a few hours to reply. His answer is always very detailed. Never once did he lose his patience with me or send back an ambiguous answer. 4. Meticulous work: Even after a year I pretty much have no complain about the work by Bo and his crew. After Bo installed the base moulding throughout the house, he proudly walked me around to show me how he cuts each piece at an angle. I know it's a small thing, but it shows how he takes pride in his work and even puts effort into the small details. 5. Keeps the working area very clean: Even in the middle of the chaotic construction, the crew kept the area very clean. Whenever my neighbor sees me, he still tells me how impressed he is by how clean the area was and Bo's crew seemed to always be on time and working throughout the day (I'm not even kidding).
