Now, I have a new (to me) used car with major issues going on and I can't even get them to get me in to look at it. I took it weeks ago and they just told me, rudely, that they were booked out for 2-3 weeks and that they couldn't even look at it until then. Then the guy told me that diagnostics were $120 per hour in a very condescending tone like he assumed I couldn't afford it. (Mind you, they didn't charge anything to diagnose the AC problem last time.) In any case, I agreed that that was all fine and they said they'd call me. Here we are, a month later, and nobody ever called me. If they're too busy and too rude to help a return customer who already spent $1,300+ with them, how do you think they'll treat a brand new customer? Avoid this place at all costs!
