I spoke to Wade ,who I'm assuming is the owner, and he let me drive up there and get my computer checked and his analysis of what was going on FOR FREE. I'm not saying this will happen every time with every customer but the customer service was outstanding. Considering the fact that mechanics and mechanic shops often times try to up sell you or BS you, Wade was upfront with me about what was wrong with my car and his personal advice. Thank you A-Ivies!

Bear, the guy at the counter in Lubbock was able to point me to the correct car with the correct (painted too) parts. I of course came completely unprepared. The facility does not pull parts for you or loan tools, however you can usually find another person there pulling parts that's more than happy to lend a hand. As far as price, let's say that if you buy elsewhere you are probably getting gouged. I was quoted in excess of $850.00 for the parts I purchased elsewhere. Here I paid $250.00 out the door.

We called and explained we needed a reprogram for keys & parameter reset due to putting in a new…read morebody control module. They sent out a tech who couldn't do the job because he doesn't have his own NAFTA password and didn't have the proper equipment. We had to put the old body control module back into the vehicle & program the keys to the it, since he couldn't do the parameter reset. The old body control module has water damage, which was why we did the repair! So it wasted our time & our customer's time. When we asked the tech why he didn't bring what was needed he said "the boss doesn't let that stuff leave the shop." He then told us we could call and let them know when the vehicle would be in Lubbock and they could program the keys and do a parameter reset to the new body control module...... At a DISCOUNT. Really?! I called for a specific job to be done, was assured it could be done, then had to reverse the repair in order to have keys work for the vehicle and instead of offering to fix the mistake or the unpreparedness that cost our customer & us time and money free to make the mistake right, we get offered a discount?! When I asked for the boss's name we were told Josh, but if you call and ask for him, you'll probably be told he's on a run, he doesn't answer calls because of telemarketers.....
