We were on our way to the stores in the area, where parking was supposedly reserved for the businesses in the plaza we were heading to anyway. We argued with them for over an hour, and they couldn't have cared less. No understanding, no professionalism, and absolutely no willingness to help. Just a bunch of people hiding behind parking signs while aggressively looking for opportunities to tow cars and collect money. It's honestly pathetic. Their entire business seems to revolve around waiting for people to make the smallest mistake so they can swoop in, tow their car, and squeeze money out of them. And targeting college students who can't afford to randomly lose hundreds of dollars makes it even worse. If you live, work, or go to school anywhere near the Overton, BE CAREFUL. These people are clearly watching the lots like vultures waiting for someone to slip up. Worst towing company experience imaginable. Absolutely shameless and predatory. DO NOT PARK NEAR THE OVERTON unless you want to risk dealing with these people.

I had a hankering for Spaghetti, and decided to hit Walmart to get my ingredients real early in the morning, before a snow storm was to hit. I go out, warm my car and get on my way. A minute into my drive, my sensor goes off stating that one my tires is only 9 psi. WHOA. So I make it back home and park, and then check out all my tires. Sure enough, the back right tire was "hissing" and I could see there was a shard of metal sticking up out of it. Dang it.....No spaghetti for me. :( I check my trunk to see if I have a donut and jack. YUP YUP. But, as a failsafe I check yelp to see if there are any tow services around, just in case. I found Gotcha Towing and sent them a message. Quick response in under a half hour of the quote to put on the donut, if I needed it. The snow started and I chose to hold off on putting the donut on until it stopped. I did not have wheel chocks, so I thought I might have to get her towed anyway, but luckily my Awesome neighbor helped me out and we put the donut on in about 10 minutes. So, I did not need Gotcha, but they were very quick to respond and I really appreciate that so much. If I ever need their services (hopefully NOT), I will be sure to reach out, the are pretty cool. And I did get my Spaghetti after all. Thank God for Deidre from Instacart! Appreciate her too! ;)
