We called and explained we needed a reprogram for keys & parameter reset due to putting in a new body control module. They sent out a tech who couldn't do the job because he doesn't have his own NAFTA password and didn't have the proper equipment. We had to put the old body control module back into the vehicle & program the keys to the it, since he couldn't do the parameter reset. The old body control module has water damage, which was why we did the repair! So it wasted our time & our customer's time. When we asked the tech why he didn't bring what was needed he said "the boss doesn't let that stuff leave the shop." He then told us we could call and let them know when the vehicle would be in Lubbock and they could program the keys and do a parameter reset to the new body control module...... At a DISCOUNT. Really?! I called for a specific job to be done, was assured it could be done, then had to reverse the repair in order to have keys work for the vehicle and instead of offering to fix the mistake or the unpreparedness that cost our customer & us time and money free to make the mistake right, we get offered a discount?! When I asked for the boss's name we were told Josh, but if you call and ask for him, you'll probably be told he's on a run, he doesn't answer calls because of telemarketers..... read more

Called Anytime Unlock prior to buying a backup key fob and blank key to make sure they would program the fob and cut the key. They advised they would. I went to the business with the blank key and key fob. The clerk advised he was told by the owner they would not cut the key or program the fob unless it was purchased from a dealership. I reminded the clerk they had done this for me on a previous visit. The clerk advised they would not guarantee their work and then advised trying to program an aftermarket fob would damage their equipment. The clerk later advised the owner was lying to me so he didn't have to do the job. I took the key and fob to Gene Messer Chevrolet who cut the key and programmed the fob successfully for $80. Anytime Unlock did not only show awful customer care they also showed they lie to their customers. Use them at your own risk. read more

Do not take your car here . I had a car a 2008 Scion tC that I needed the master cylinder replace and I bought the part and they were upset about it .. they said the master Cylinder was bad and then got upset and said abs break was not working because it comes from a junk yard and I told him that I did not want a 1000 dollar bill and then he told me that the bill would be a 1000 dollars and I told him do not fix and he did not hook up the aBs breaks and had me take the car without aBs breaks .. I took it to another mechanic and ask him to look at it and he call me in a hour and said your car is done . He explain to me that the other mechanic was trying to rip me off and all they had to do was bleed the breaks and their was nothing wrong with my aBs breaks and he did not know why they even disconnected and it did not matter where the aBs breaks come from . This places takes advantage of people and fixes stuff that don't even need to be fix to get a large bill and they charge me 385 dollars to do nothing but but a master Cylinder and to disconnect my aBs breaks that did not need to.be disconnected.. run from this place it is dishonest . read more

Even though they arrived quick and took no time to unlock my car, it took me a while to have them give me back my keys. They've been asking for the title, which should be left a home. They have a sketchy trust issues. It took 20 minutes until we found out I could've shone them that the insurance is in my name. If my keys aren't in the car I wouldn't call them in the first place. Make sure you have a way to prove that the car is yours, so you don't have to deal with a sketchy trust issue like I have with them. read more

I was going to give 0 stars but thats not an option. I called to have a key made for my car on July 23 or 24 weekend. I talked to some young man named justin. He was by far the most disrespectful person I've ever spoken to in a service industry. I owned my own auto repair shop for 20 years here in town and I was grateful for ever person who walked trough my door because they put food on my familys table. I was going to have a key made through anytime unlock because they were cheaper but I went with a cosmonaut that charged me more and couldn't get there till Monday because justin has such a rotten attitude. He had the nerve to casually use the f word for starters. He didn't know I was on speaker or course but still? Who talks to a customer that way. My 12 year old daughter hear him. I said "no profanity please my daughter is in the car" so then he was just short and responded to my price questions like he was put out or I was ignorant. I ask to speak to a manager. He said he was the manager so here I am. Don't ever use anytime unlock. read more
