They got multiple things wrong about my pet which seemed like they didn't track from visit to visit even though all visits and prescriptions were with Small Door, it was very difficult to get hold of a live person, etc. Most recently, despite switching vets, they scheduled my dog for an appointment in their Navy Yard DC location despite me not trying to schedule an appointment at all and it took a while to cancel it. [Editing to add after spending 30 minutes getting VM and trying to chat with someone on the app and finally cancelling, this happened AGAIN the next day 4/8... so again trying to cancel an appointment in DC today.] I'm disappointed as the location is so convenient.
