GOAT was able to quickly get us scheduled for a deep clean service for a two bed 1 bath home. I was quoted for 4 hours and the cleaners were on site for maybe 2. The quality of their deep clean was laughable they did not even properly vacuum as shown in our video. Save yourself the money and clean on your own. We rent this home out and had nightmare tenant up and leave with no notice. We live out of state and were not expecting this mess so I contacted GOAT for assistance for my partner who was the only person there. He cleaned up (trash left by tenant and did a light clean prior to the cleaners arrival) and after this so called deep clean the house was left with the photos attached. read more

I have used this service twice. First time they did a great job and I was really impressed with the deep clean. About 6 months later I contacted them again, again requesting a deep clean and told sure. They were able to get me in quick. I was told the team would arrive at a certain time, so I made an appointment about 5 minutes away for 40 minutes after they were supposed to arrive. Unfortunately, by 10 minutes before my appointment, they still had not arrived and the only communication I got was "they are on the way", so I had to leave. I tried to call for further direction but couldn't reach anyone. I had to leave my door unlocked and a note on the table, asking again for a full deep clean with a focus on removing dog hair, as a pet just moved out of the home. The entire home had already been decluttered and with all very basic cleaning done. When I got back, the cleaners were gone, and I received no further communication from anyone. They had done a really mediocre job, and definitely not the deep clean I requested. I asked that my blinds be cleaned, but they just got a quick dusting (could tell by the little feathers I found everywhere)- these blinds somehow get a thick layer of dust on them that needs wiped down, each plank individually- which I requested and had hoped to repeat in person if they had arrived on time. I can dust them off quickly myself- the whole point of hiring someone was so I didn't have to do it; now that task is still on my to-do list. They did not even touch my fridge, which was the part of this deep cleaning that I was most looking forward to- everything had been pulled out, cleaned and put back the first time I used the service. Didn't appear they even opened the fridge this time. I found dog hair and dust everywhere, all sorts of spots missed or clearly just swiped with a feather duster. There wasn't any attention to detail- you could tell the light switches didn't get wiped down as there were smudges on them still. Spots still on kitchen cabinets. Just overall a disappointing job with a poor communication and attention to detail, and did not follow requests of the client. It was fine if I asked for a basic clean (still would have been a little underwhelmed with it)- but I reiterated deep clean with what I needed done multiple times. I also found random stuff moved all around and not how I had left it. I found this really strange and it was not super appreciated. Obviously some items need to be moved to be cleaned- but why move stuff all around instead of putting it back how it was found? Last issue- there was a puzzle (a really big, tricky one at that) out on the coffee table. A puzzle about 70% done and clearly in progress. Had they arrived on time I would have told them in person to work around it- but I just had to leave that up to common sense. Wish I had left a giant do not touch note. When I returned, they had picked up the entire puzzle and put it back in the box. Really frustrating and honestly a bizarre move. I won't be using them again. read more

I had the company come and clean my home I moved from they was on time had my place cleaned from top to bottom with more detaI'll then I ever did and then when I got settled in my new place they came and got me started on a good direction to keeping it tidy and I have them here regularly to maintain my house .... nothing but the best they do what needs to be done period kudos to them for having such a passion for their profession... read more

Pay for a deep clean for 4 hours and they leave at 2hrs 20 min. Have pets and explained over a phone translation app that doors remain closed at all times. Lost two of my cats outside- were it not that I was outside planting grass I would have had a real issue. The cleaners made more of an issue with all the cleaning products I left out to be used - a convenient option one would think. Also pushed out furniture and rolled up large rugs so they could clean entire floor area. This did not happen. There were smears of dust on mirrors, refrigerator door and upper cabinets were just slimed with my cabinet cleaner and not applied evenly. It was a mediocre at best and cut corner cleaning and their poor reviews seem to have a trend. Can't communicate except by text with staff and the cleaners claim they speak no English and must use a translator app. Word of mouth they won't money for services not rendered. read more
