To my understanding, the initial year, you purchase the lights, wreaths, bows, etc., the fee for installation & storage. Then subsequent years you are paying for storage & installation only, because you technically own the lights but they store them for you. They make it super easy to schedule put up & take down with reminder emails & automated online forms. The lights include a timer for auto on & off. They look great. I really love them.

The roof really stood out because literally all of our neighbors got new roofs via insurance except us. We didn't want that to be the first thing prospective home buyers saw, so ... Enter "soft wash" pressure washing. Darl (maybe the owner?) and the workers were super friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable, especially considering the dramatic improvement in appearance. We sold our house in 4 days and I have to give at least a portion of that credit to Pressure Doctor. Curb appeal, y'all. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Well, we were quite happy with the siding, roof results ...but we did have some areas of dead grass around two of our down spouts due to the chemicals. (They were upfront about this possibility beforehand.) They tried to prevent it with lots of rinsing but since our staining was worst in the front, they had to use extra potency. To recap, I totally recommend getting your house and roof washed before you try to sell it. Just do it a few weeks before listing so you can have some time to potentially revive some patches of grass. Worth it!

The installation ultimately left us with a worse problem than the one we originally hired them to solve. What has been far more frustrating than the failed work, however, have been the hostile interactions and complete lack of follow through from Two Men and a Gutter. Over the past year, we have spent countless hours attempting to get this issue resolved. We have made repeated phone calls, left numerous messages, exchanged text messages, and communicated directly with company representatives. Multiple times, the company acknowledged the issue, agreed that the work was covered under warranty, confirmed our account and address, and promised to send someone out to make repairs. No one has ever shown up to even look at the damage, let alone repair it. Each time we followed up, we were given another explanation, another promise, or another timeline. Most recently, we were told someone would come out once the rain had passed. The rain passed. Nobody came. Follow-up messages have gone unanswered. That was in May 2026. To make matters worse, both my husband and I have experienced extremely hostile and aggressive communication from company representatives during our attempts to resolve this issue. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair led to them screaming at me on the phone about our review of their work costing them business. At this point, we have lost confidence that Two Men and a Gutter intends to honor its warranty or stand behind its work. We honestly don't feel safe having by them back at our house either. We will now have to hire and pay another company to correct their poor quality work. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would urge you to look elsewhere.

This spring, I noticed there growing out of my gutters so I paid someone else to climb on a letter and take a look sure enough there were no guards installed at all. That was six months ago and I have contacted the company several occasions and the problem still has not been rectified. Thank God, I was wise enough to have them a detailed contract on the work that was to be performed before I made payment so should get some justice from the court. The fact that I even have to take it there company that advertises a lifetime warranty on their work is asinine buyer beware.

After shopping around, I called Sparkle wash, who arranged a consult to figure out the exact cost. They walked me through their process, showed me their licensing and other such items, which I appreciated. After a few more quote appointments, we went with them. While they weren't the cheapest, they didn't use bleach, nor did they need to connect to my own water source. When I called, they scheduled me in for mid morning on the following Monday. Then, Monday came. And I waited. It's a bit hard to hear my houses doorbell from upstairs, so I had to either sit in the upstairs front room, or stay downstairs completely, so I kept switching between the two so I could make sure to hear or see them arrive. 11 rolled around, and they still were not there. So I called, only to find out that they had actually scheduled me for that afternoon! Whether or not it was a miscommunication, I agreed that 2 would be fine, I would just go run errands and make sure to be back by then. But then they called back. They had had another appointment in my neighborhood, and were on their way over, arriving by noon. Which wouldn't have been a problem, but I had a workout that I needed to leave for by 12:30. They also didn't have any guarantee that they would be completed in time for me to leave. It worked out eventually, and I was able to leave on time, but the young man washing had to leave the bill in my mailbox. I would be happy to use them again, however, make sure you get an exact time for when you are scheduled. And of you have other appointments that day, maybe reschedule either them or the washers appointment, just to make sure.
