Barry arrived promptly and worked efficiently to get my house looking like it had just received a fresh paint job! Before starting, Barry communicated to me exactly what he was going to do so we were in agreement on the tasks to be done. Also, I was really impressed that there was not a lot of noise associated with the work Barry did since I have a noise sensitive and anxious dog who barks loudly and continuously whenever he hears outside noises. And to top it all off, I felt the pricing was extremely reasonable. Don't sleep on this company if you need windows, gutters, or exterior walls cleaned. I highly recommend them!

I decided to have them performs the work this spring, and they were kind enough to honor the price I was quoted. Of note, I had two other companies also provide an estimate but neither offered the extensive warranty length SN did (25 years from the manufacturer!), and the quotes were nearly as much. SN worked me into their schedule quickly after I paid the deposit. The employees arrived at the time promised and worked quickly to power wash, then seal my concrete. They gave me some helpful tips re: the sealant and concrete care in general before they left. I truly appreciated the communication, timeliness and most importantly, the finished product. Bob was a pleasure to work with from start to finish this time around as well as when his company power washed and painted our home the first time about 10 years ago. Our home project was completed in just three days (one day earlier than first anticipated) and Bob stopped by each day to check in with us as well as the crew foreman. At the completion of the project, they did a great job of cleaning up all around our home and left us any remaining paint.
