I contacted 6 companies--two answered Steve, the owner of Byrne Powerwashing, was one of two who answered. I left voicemails for the other 4-heard from zero. He and Greg were here promptly when the said they'd be here. It made more sense to have the entire house cleaned--than 2 sides--from a pricing standpoint. There was algae on the North side of my house and spider webs everywhere. Unknown to me when they sprayed the foam on the South side of my house--it turned a yucky brown color before they began rinsing it with the power washer. That was pollen. I couldn't see it, but it was there! If you need the algae cleaned off your house, I would highly recommend Steve, owner of Byrne Powerwashing. They have a great website: www.powerwashingforyou.com

My neighbor recommended this business. They were very courteous and were able to get me in within…read more24 hours. I had a problem with the end results and when I talked to the office manager about it, he initially had a good attitude until it was time to take responsibility. He then acted condescending over the phone and did not resolve my issue. I told him it was my first and last time doing business with them and i was not going to hire them back. He said "ok"; I also told him I was going to give the business a poor review and he said "ok". I was pretty upset and told my husband about it. On a positive note, they redeemed themselves. The owner called me back and said he would take care of the matter himself. He reviewed the case and took responsibility for the oversight and gave me some of my money back. I will probably use them again.

I found Detail Window Cleaning through Home Advisor. The 3 young men who came (1 hour later than…read morethe appointment time, without a call to explain) were clean, courteous, and efficient. The windows were sparklingly clean and they treated our home and contents with respect. I had also asked that the venetian blinds in all windows be cleaned, which I was told, would be the "deluxe" pricing. The blinds were "dry-dusted" not "wet-cleaned". The result was that there is still some dust in many places on the blinds. That detail was not voiced when I placed the order, and maybe that was my mistake. If you just want windows washed, this company does a fine job.
