The crew did a great job. Dedicated, friendly, & very hard working. They didn't rush but worked methodically as they should have. There was supervision when needed but they knew what they were doing. They also made sure to diligently clean up everything after the tear off including another run with the nail magnet the day after tear off to make sure everything was picked up. After submitting a request online, Bradley contacted me first thing the next morning and scheduled to come by the house later that afternoon. After explaining on the phone my problem, he communicated his suspicions of the issue and stopped by later to confirm. Turns out, the issue wasn't with my roof but a loose/leaking exhaust pipe in my attic that apparently someone had stepped on at some point in the past. Although he could not perform the repair as it was a plumbing issue, I truly appreciate the great customer service and sanity check he provided. If I ever need any work done on my roof in the future, I know who I will be calling!

State Farm sent a 20 something peon who was clearly lying about the physical damage that was clearly visible. State Farm then sent a seasoned inspector who stated and I quote, " as soon as I saw the photos that the independent inspector provided I knew I was going to approve the roof repair, I just had to come out and visually get my eyes on it to verify the claim." while State Farm as a whole was useless. Maximum roofing came out immediately to assist, as well as came out on the scheduled times, cleaned up behind themselves every day, and completed the roof with only a couple of issues that I noticed later to which they immediately came out and resolved. I would strongly recommend maximum roofing.
