When looking at the finished prodcut, the paint that was used was completely different than what we requested. Steven used Eggshell instead of flat which made the rooms look patchy and the overall look looks very unprofessional. A range of $5000 would've been acceptable. Instead I got told I have "major issues" and he felt "sorry for the poor sap that I hire". I alerted installer and wrote on receiving invoice of dent on door. Immediately reached out to Sean regarding dent. He said he'd alert owner.
